Notre plus hébergement au japon ! La qualité des hôtels Thaïs est incomparable
Notre chambre était immense, avec une vue magnifique, et extrêmement confortable
Le buffet du petit déjeuner était délicieux
Service impeccable

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est bruyant car il y a beaucoup de monde : allez y tôt !
Le bar en rooftop est un peu décevant : la vue est splendide mais le service est poussif

Pros:

Close access to the Parks shops and restaurants as well as near the subway station. Breakfast buffet was terrific.

Cons:

Would not recommend
Cons:

Staff were rude and not fluent in both japanese and english and not helpful to assist guests. Dont bother with the club floor lounge. There was a day when i had to leave at 730am. I had preordered the japanese breakfast at the club floor for 7am. I was there at 7am and the food only came at 715am. On other days, dirty plates and utensils are just left uncleared despite the lounge being rather empty. Check out was shocking with the staff, Sandy, rolling her eyes when i asked for an envelope so i could keep my invoice. They should improve their hotel staff.

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

The room was perfect; great views of Osaka city, spacious, lots of natural light, everything we needed was provided. We booked a corner room and the views were exceptional. The team were lovely and accommodating. Excellent dining options and the bar on the top floor was perfect for an evening drink with stunning views.
