Guest Reviews
Everything was perfect: the room, the cleanliness, the friendly staff, the rich breakfast selection, and the view from our room. You get what you pay for, and every single penny is worth it. If I ever return to Osaka, I would definitely stay here again, on the 27th floor!
Tavsiye ederim. Yine gideceğiz ve burada konaklayacağız.
Beautiful spacious house room with space, fantastic.shower wonderful view of the city.
Breakfast was amazing with so much choice.
Stunning rooftop restaurant for cocktails with a view.
There was nothing not to like. If you don't like heights, you may be uncomfortable with the view from one of the higher floors.
Excelente hotel .
Location
The lobby smells wonderful and creates a great first impression. However, the air in my room had a persistent heavy scent. Even after requesting room spray and daily room cleanings during my 3-night stay, the odor remained noticeable. I would recommend that the hotel look into stronger odor-neutralizing solutions or improved ventilation for guest rooms.
