Pros:

Excellent stay! Great location and very clean.
A brand new, clean hotel in a fantastic location—super easy to walk to major shopping areas. The staff provided exceptional service, and our connecting rooms were perfect. Highly impressed!

Cons:

The rooms are not well-soundproofed. Since the hotel is close to the train tracks, there was quite a bit of noise disturbance from the trains. I'm not sure if the higher floors would offer better soundproofing.

Exceptional service, at the end of Namba Parks so handy for everything but just slightly away from the hustle and bustle. Club rooms / club lounge highly recommended for Cocktail hour.

Excelente hotel em localização excepcional
Pros:

Excelente localização. O hotel no seu último andar oferece restaurante e wine bar com uma vista maravilhosa da cidade. Quartos confortáveis e excelente café da manhã.

Cons:

Como todo hotel muito grande o tratamento é um pouco impessoal mas nada que prejudique a estadia

Pros:

We loved the friendly staff and the location of the hotel, which is close to at least two subway lines. There are shopping arcades within walking distance, lots of restaurants and other food points

Cons:

I detested the fact that the elevators were darkish when one was inside. Would be nice if they were sufficiently lit
