عدم فتح الشبابيك و مافيه شفاط هواء لان تم تنظيف الغرفه وللاسف جت ريحة في غرفتي كانت موب كويسه ابداً ونشبت الريحه الين خلصت مدة الاقامه وبلغت الفندق بهذي الملاحظه

Wunderschönes Hotel
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 28.Etage, mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf Osaka. Der Zugang zur Club Lounge ist dort dabei, man checkt ein bei Kaffee und Nachspeise, die Getränke kann man so oft man will in der Lounge konsumieren, von 7 bis 22 Uhr, allerdings darf man keine Getränke ins Zimmer mitnehmen. Wasserflaschen bekommt man immer gratis ins Zimmer. In der Lounge wird ein kleines Frühstück angeboten, dann am Nachmittag von 14.30 bis 16.30 eine Kleinigkeit und ein leichtes Abendessen von 17.30 bis 19.30 als Buffet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich 10000 Yen müssen pro Nacht als Kaution hinterlegt werden, bar oder mit Kreditkarte, bekommt man beim Checkout sofort retour.

部屋の匂いで別のホテルを予約しようと本気で思った
Pros:

部屋が広い清潔でした。

Cons:

部屋の匂いが独特で難しかった。部屋の変更をしたけどその匂いが薄まったかんじ。自分の持ってきたオイルをティッシュに垂らし応急的に対応。多分、もう泊まることはない。駐車場は、人が常駐してなくて停めて良いかわからず。夜のチェックイン、海外のスタッフばかりなので英語で全て伝えました。インバウンド向けです。日本人は、ほとんど見なかった。とにかく、部屋の匂いが無理でした。本当にごめんなさい。もう匂いが気になり、朝ごはんも食べずに出ました。本当にごめんなさい。

Pros:

A high-quality hotel with excellent facilities and service. We encountered an issue with the bed arrangement and the location of our rooms, and the staff made a genuine effort to resolve it for us.

Cons:

We booked two rooms for two adults and three children. However, upon arrival, one room had two single beds while the other had one double bed, which was not practical for our family, as our 9-year-old daughter was supposed to sleep with us. In addition, the rooms were not located next to each other as we had expected. After we expressed our concerns, the staff handled the situation professionally and made every effort to find a solution. They moved us to a different room arrangement that worked much better for our family.

Geweldige start van rondreis in Japan
Pros:

De locatie was zeer goed, via namba park was je meteen bij het metro en treinstation.
Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, vers en lekker. Niets op aan te merken.

Cons:

the hotel tries to be bougie in the wrong way sometimes - everything in the restaurants is overpriced and the rooftop bar drinks were fine at best. dine outside and save yourself money!

The property was very central. Great location. The spa was 10/10, we had an amazing experience there.

It was a bit unfriendly. There was no warmth considering it was a 5 star hotel. Slower service than usual as well.
