Too much noise
Pros:

I liked the shared kitchen and communal space.

Cons:

I didn't like the overly complicated registration, check-in, breakfast and checkout process. I didn't like the noise in the room space. The place is very small and tight so neighbors and hallway noise is very uncomfortable. For example, my room was opposite the wash sinks where people had access to hair dryers at all hours. Also, the stairway is very narrow and makes carrying bags very difficult.

Pros:

困った事があればメールにて迅速かつ丁寧に
サポートしてくれたのが助かりました。
部屋も綺麗で何ひとつ不便なく快適に過ごせました。
朝の朝食も出来たての美味しいツナサンドで大満足です。

Cons:

大きなスーツケースだと階段を上るのも一苦労、出来たら一階のレンタルスペースに荷物置き場があると助かる。
シャワー室がちょっと狭い。

2e visite après 3 ans, rapport qualité prix excellent
Pros:

(2e visite: en 2023 et 2026) Auberge toujours au top en terme de rapport qualité prix à Tokyo!
Emplacement okay: 15 min à pied avec 4 stations de métro différentes aux alentours.
Tatami confortable. Machine à laver disponible.
Propreté maintenu grâce au ménage fait chaque jour.
Beaucoup de konbini et supermarché (Aeon, Life) à proximité.

Cons:

La pression de la douche est fluctuante, mais c'est acceptable.

İdare eder.
Pros:

Sessiz ve sakin bir yer. Otelin görselleri ile Bookingtekiler uyumlu görünmeyebilir fakat bu durum tesis tarafından bilerek yapılan bir şey değil. Dar odalar olduğu için görselleri başka türlü yüklemek çok zor. Gördüğünüzde hak veriyorsunuz. Bu durum tamamen açının dar oluşundan kaynaklı.

Cons:

Genel prosedür pratik değil. Otelin dar merdivenleri çantaları yukarıya taşımada zorluk oluşturuyor. Hepsinden ziyade tesis genel olarak temiz fakat oda içerisinin bariz tozlu olması olumsuz.

Relativamente cerca del metro. O de Akihabara andando.
Cocinero amable, nos dejo paraguas gratis.

Cons:

Ruido constante de extractor toda la noche. No lo apagan. Pasillo sin limpiar dias.
La cocina/sala, no te permiten estar en ella, es solo para el desayuno.
Desayuno con horario fijo, no adaptable. Y todo via telematica.
Entiendo que la habitacion sea pequeña. Pero no es practica, una estanteria decorativa inservible y para acceder a tus maletas debes abrir la puerta.

Pros:

Situé entre 3 stations de métro et dans un quartier calme. Pratique si vous cherchez un hôtel pas cher et que vous n'êtes pas trop regardant sur la propreté et le service.

Cons:

Les draps étaient propres mais pas l'hôtel dans sa globalité : poussière partout, volet de clim cassée, cafard. Commandé le petit déjeuner mais personne pour le faire le dernier jour.
