全体的には期待以上の宿泊体験
Pros:

お部屋が広くくつろげた。
駅近だが静か。コンビニ等近く良い。

Cons:

コンセント位置がカーテンと近すぎて怖さを感じた。カーテンの長さがあと数センチみじかいと気にならないかも。

We are 2 Aussie retirees
Pros:

Breakfast was self catered BUT there is a excellent Lawson's downstairs with all you need. Hotel has free coffee and ice machines.Hotel is very close to station East Gate with elevator access. Area like most of Japan is very safe but a bit lacking on choice of restaurants.Staff were excellent 👍👍👍

滞在に必要なものは一通り揃っていて一晩快適に過ごせました。
Pros:

室内は浴室も含めて清潔でした。
1階でコーヒーが無料でいただけるのも嬉しかったです。
コンビニがあるのも便利でした。

Cons:

新大阪駅から確かに近いのですが、ホテル最寄りの東口は、新大阪駅の中ではちょっと外れの方というか…構内の土産物店や飲食店からは遠いと感じました。
また、洗面台の排水口から若干ニオイが感じられ残念でした。
