1万行かないでなかなか綺麗なところで快適に過ごせました！シャワーもトイレも綺麗ですごく良かったです！

物音で起きてしまう神経質な人にはオススメできない
Pros:

清潔、必要最低限の設備で問題なく過ごせた
水が１本あったのはとても助かった。
冷蔵庫なしの部屋と聞いていたがドリンクを冷やせるくらいの小さな冷蔵庫があったのはとても助かった。

Cons:

壁が薄いのか隣の部屋の物音が深夜に気になりあまり眠れなかった。
早朝も廊下の人の出ていく物音が大きく気になり起きてしまった。

Good concept, not quite a 4 star
Pros:

The staff are super friendly and helpful and the bakery downstairs is adorable. There was extra locks for security which is helpful. Good concept for a hotel.I got for a low price so okay value for money.

Cons:

This is listed as a 4 star hotel, it is not really. The actual art decoration could be more likely, despite a few paintings it's a very small, concrete grey room that feels a bit lifeless and dystopian. Not comfy or warm at all, it's dark and cold (literally). You have to go outside to access the rooms so you can get rained on.

思いがけずいい出会い。
Pros:

（あると知らなかったので利用しなかったが）炊事洗濯ができる仕様で驚いた
中長期滞在したいと思った

Cons:

はじめはシステムがわからずチェックインに手間取った
カフェのスタッフさんに聞いてやっとわかった
寝間着（部屋着）、アメニティ（コットン、綿棒）欲しかった

Pros:

出張に伴う平日4泊利用です。無人チェックイン。洗濯機(洗剤付)、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ…部屋に必要な設備が揃ってます。高めのベッド。入室時にエアコン(涼しい)。カギはロックボックスに入れれば持ち歩かなくても済む。シャワーの水圧。立地(初台駅まで徒歩5分位内、その間にコンビニ、飲食店、揃ってます)。

安価で清潔
Pros:

全体的に清潔感やおしゃれさがあって素敵でした。

チェックインは自分で行い、カフェにも寄らなかったため従業員の方とはすれ違った時にしか関わらなかったのですが、従業員さんの対応なども明るく丁寧な印象を受けました。

Cons:

自分の泊まった部屋の洗面台の排水口が詰まっていたのか来たときから水が流れなかったです。
