清潔感あり、動線以外は整ってたので、数日間滞在するには便利なホテルだと思いました！

場所が便利。清潔、シモンズベッドが快適。

Cons:

壁が薄いのか天井が薄いのか、少しバタバタとした音が気になりました。
設備は揃っていましたが、動線があまり良くなく、トイレを済ませた後に手洗い場まで移動しなくてはならなくて、ちょっと嫌でした

足の悪い家族を連れての旅行だったが、ホテル前の駐車場を貸してくれて大変助かった。
早い者勝ちではなく、優先駐車場としてキープしてくださっているのが心遣いを感じた。

Pleasantly surprised by the well appointed hotel room.
Pros:

The hotel room was very well appointed and the layout was efficient. Having a kitchenette was handy as we are strict vegetarians.

Worth staying for the comfort and facilities provided. You will be comfortable.
Pros:

We stayed a few nights and one of the nights was the volcanic eruption, and our rental car was spewed with volcanic ash. One of the service staff brought water out and helped us to remove the ash as much as practicable so that we can drive off for a proper wash. We were very impressed with her and wish to thank her.

We were also very impressed with the great washer-dryer in the rooms, and that they rooms were thoughtfully designed to suit small families. We were impressed by the thoughtful kitchen cabinet because more hotels miss out on the small cooking area that guests may need for light cooking as well as cutting of fruits etc.

The beds were really comfortable and supported so we had a really good rest in Kagoshima because of it. I suggest for hotels to help us purchase your pillows if comfortable.

Cons:

There were many turns in my room, from main room through kitchen cabinet to sink and then to bath tub. That whole passageway was really tight.

The self check in was also confusing. Although the staff said that pre-check in was sent to us to fill, we did not receive it as we made the booking through booking.com. This made our late check in (9+ pm) very tedious and tiring.

Great value and room facilities
Pros:

Room size is very good for 2 people and comfortable with kitchenette facilities and everything is quite new. Airconditioning is also strong enough to cool the room in May period. Location is at least 10 mins walk to train station.

Spacious room and great location
Pros:

Spacious and clean. Loved the inclusion of a laundry machine (and washing tablets!) Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location in between Kagoshima Chuo station and the Tenmonkan, so within walking distance to a lot of food and shops, but away from the noise and bustle.

Cons:

Even when all the lights were on, the room was a bit dim.
