Dash Living Shinjuku

We had constant issues with the internet. Including no internet for 2 days and although a tv is in the room. It didn’t work.

Balcony virtually unusable, toilet room unacceptable for anyone over 160cm in height, had to 'roll across' the bed to get from one side to the other or to get to balcony or open / close the blinds as there was no room to walk around the foot of the bed (ie wall to wall), power points in terrible positions....lucky for an extension cord, towels were tiny and thin, very low ceilings......felt like being in an RV / caravan, were advised the day before we arrived that TV stations unavailable .... unless you used your own streaming service.

Le lit de notre chambre était un peu mou quand on pèse plus de 75 kg. Ce n'est certainement pas dérangeant pour 2 ou 3 nuits, mais cela peut devenir embêtant pour un long séjour (à moins qu'on aime les lits mous!)

Asked for extra pillows told to buy your own. The bed blankets was too small for king single not a double bed. When asked for a bigger blanket told to go to market and buy one yourself. Not very friendly management at all or customer coco

Value for money is strictly no no.
Could have got much better Location in shinjuku at same cost. Mine was a 5 day stay. Had to use the same towel for 5 days. Unwashed unhygienic. Blanket was so small and one blanket for 2 people to share.
Dimension of blanket was 5 feet x 5 feet.

My height is 6 feet.

When asked in msg for blanket charges is JPY 2000. still I was ready to pay but they could supply.

Bed size was 6 feet x 5 feet.
Barely one is able to fit in.

Bathroom was so small that had to squat in the commode person of 6 feet.

You can hear outside street noise. The TV system didn't work at all. Front entrance area a little smelly and unclean.

Seveeral issues need to be modified.
1. Checkin instruction is not clearly logic. It should write like this. Step 1, enter the building gate, push ... then ... Step 2, Find a checkin tablet on the left of the elevator, then use the QR-code from the email to scan, then ......
2. Add some USB charging plugs would be better.
3. Deffirent from hotel, no toothbrash and slippers in the room, this should be notifed in Big Words.

Checking in for us and every other person trying to use the log in system was extremely difficult. We had a bag of bed sheeting etc outside the room next to us for 5 days. It was a major safety hazard. The toilet was extremely small, you couldn't move in there at all.

I would not recommend this place to stay.
The main entry to the building and lift lobby is grotty and dirty.
The entry to our apartment on level 8 was via a dirty external fire stair.
The bed was old and worn out and pillows were smelly.
We ended up moving out to Citidines central shinjuko for the last 2 nights at slightly lesser price in same size clean and new hotel room. This was disappointing given we paid for 2 lots of accomodation.
