Exceptional service from Ahmed, Hamusi, Mwanarusi (superstar), Islam, Said and Sini( at reception ). The location is also brilliant - right by the beach . Most importantly it’s so peaceful and serene.

Понравилось все. Приехали после Сафари на 5 дней. Восторг абсолютно. От уровня сервиса до поваров. Замечательная локация, чистый пляж, тишина и спокойствие. Чистая и ухоженная внутрення территория. Очень зелено. Меню разнообразное и очень качнственное.

The staff at the Ocean Village Club were the highlight for us. They were so welcoming, warm and helpful.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön angelegt und bietet eine angenehm ruhige Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und modern eingerichtet und verfügen über einen herrlichen Blick auf den gepflegten Garten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der ausgezeichnete Service: Tagsüber wird das Zimmer gereinigt und während des Abendessens das Bett für die Nacht vorbereitet.
Das Abendessen besteht aus einem abwechslungsreichen Drei-Gänge-Menü, bei dem pro Gang zwischen zwei bis drei Gerichten gewählt werden kann. Zum Frühstück gibt es eine Mischung aus kontinentalen und lokalen Speisen. Das gesamte Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und stets darum bemüht, den Gästen einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.
Da es sich um ein Adults-only-Hotel handelt, ist es besonders ruhig und erholsam. Auch der Strand direkt vor dem Hotel ist sehr schön und deutlich weniger belebt als andere Strandabschnitte. Am Abreisetag stehen zudem komfortable Tageszimmer mit derselben Ausstattung wie die regulären Zimmer zur Verfügung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Village Club and overall really enjoyed our experience.

We would like to share some feedback on the many strengths of the hotel, as well as a few areas for improvement that could, in our opinion, make the guest experience even better.

Highlights

— The food was excellent, with very reasonable prices considering the quality offered. We particularly enjoyed the dinners: the menu changes every day, the meals are served at the table rather than as a buffet, and there is a great variety of options. There is also plenty of choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner.

— The rooms and the overall architecture of the hotel are beautiful and very pleasant. Everything is clean, comfortable and extremely well maintained.

— The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, helpful and caring.

— The games and reading area is also very pleasant and is a real added bonus, although some of the games could perhaps be completed or renewed.

— We absolutely loved the evening activities, particularly the presentations involving snakes and other small animals, where guests had the opportunity to hold them. It was a very original and enjoyable experience.

— As my friend has allergies, we really appreciated the attention given to her dietary requirements and the willingness to prepare adapted meals for her. This was a very thoughtful initiative. We would simply like to point out that it is important for this attention not to become too insistent: she does not always know in advance whether she will feel hungry, and if she chooses not to eat at a particular time, she should feel free to do so without feeling pressured or judged.

— We always had bottled water and everything we needed available to us, and we never felt that we were missing anything during our stay.

— The beach is absolutely beautiful, with turquoise water and white sand.

Tutto! Lo Staff in particolare. Ahmed, il Customer Relations Manager, gentilissimo e costantemente presente per accertarsi del buon andamento della permanenza. Fatma, alla Reception, sempre cordiale, sorridente e efficiente rispetto alle richieste. Tutto lo staff sempre cortesissimo e presente. Trattati costantemente come ospiti di grande riguardo.

Séjour exceptionnel, un des meilleurs hôtels dans lequel j’ai pu séjourner. Nourriture excellente, service excellent. L’hôtel est très beau, bien entretenu. Les chambres très confortables et contiennent tout ce qu’il faut. On passe vraiment un séjour unique, chaque détail est bien pensé. Merci encore !

Der Strand war direkt am Hotel und der private Liegebereich war toll, saucer und gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, aber was herausragend ist, ist die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten. Alle waren super, besonders aber unser housekeeper Mwanalima.
Das Essen war auch ausgezeichnet und mit einer tollen Auswahl.

We had a truly relaxing experience at this resort and would happily recommend it.

The entire property is exceptionally clean, peaceful, and quiet. The architecture blends beautifully with the surrounding nature, with plenty of trees and greenery creating a wonderful sense of privacy and calm. It feels like the resort was designed to complement its natural surroundings rather than compete with them.

The rooms are very well equipped, and the beds are extremely comfortable. There is a mosquito net. One thing we particularly appreciated was how few mosquitoes there were especially given the lush, tropical setting.

The food was also on point throughout our stay. Breakfast is served as a buffet, while dinner is à la carte. The menu changes every day, and even over a week there was always a good variety, with 3–4 options to choose from (3 meal course). Everything we tried was very enjoyable.

There are also activities available when you feel like doing something other than relaxing, including games such as boccia. The private beach is beautiful and wonderfully peaceful, with comfortable spots under the palm trees. The area feels very secure, which makes it easy to completely switch off and enjoy your time.

The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone we met was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. We also appreciated the daily check-ins from the staff to make sure everything was running smoothly and that we had everything we needed, without ever feeling intrusive.

Overall, this is a great choice if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable, and genuinely relaxing getaway surrounded by nature. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.
