Perfect
Pros:

Het hotel en het personeel waren absoluut fantastisch; we hebben echt niets aan te merken op ons verblijf. De locatie is perfect. Het zwembad is prachtig met een geweldige poolbar die tot 22:00 uur open blijft, en onze kamer was ruim, schoon en zeer comfortabel.

Das gesamte Personal hier ist wirklich fantastisch. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter, dem wir begegneten, war aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und stets freundlich. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an bis zur Abreise rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Poolbereich ist traumhaft, mit einer tollen Swim-up-Bar, die bis 22 Uhr geöffnet ist, und exzellenten Cocktails. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, blitzsauber und hatte einen schönen Balkon mit Blick auf die Palmen. Ein wirklich tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für ein brandneues Hotel in ruhiger und dennoch zentraler Lage.

De hele ervaring was fantastisch voor mijn familie en mij; iedereen voelde zich zo welkom en goed verzorgd. Al het personeel was ontzettend beleefd en behulpzaam en stond altijd klaar om ons te helpen wanneer dat nodig was. We komen zeker terug tijdens onze volgende reis naar Siem Reap.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter hier sind wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir zum ersten Mal in Siem Reap waren, haben sie uns hervorragende Tipps und tolle Empfehlungen gegeben. Das hat alles viel einfacher und stressfreier gemacht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Absoluut heerlijk
Pros:

Ik heb een fantastische tijd gehad in dit hotel. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en de faciliteiten waren nieuw. Vooral de spa vond ik geweldig. De 90 minuten durende volledige lichaamsmassage was heerlijk.

La piscine était cool. On pouvait boire un cocktail et se baigner en même temps.
Le personnel est super gentil.

Cons:

La réservation mentionnée clairement une prise en charge depuis l'aéroport inclus dans le prix.
Cela n'était pas du tout le cas.
Nous avons payé à l'hôtel un service de prise en charge.
