للاسف المكان نظيف ولكن الموظف سيئ المعاملة واحينأ انزل تحت لايوجد احد بالاستقبال عند الدخول الموظف معصب ويقولي هذا الموجود او كيفك بس لانه قلت اريد غرفة جيده وقد كان موظف التنظيف يكذب رمى اغراض لي دون علمي وعند السؤال قال لا اعلم المكان نظيف ولكن سؤ التعامل وعند سؤال الموظف لماذا تتكلم كذا قال انا من الظهر هنا قلت له هذا عملك ليس لي دخل تكلم جيد

العامل اللي ف الرسبشن اسمه سن ديش تعامله سئ ويعصب والساعه ٩ مساء الرسبشن مغلق

الغرف واسعة وشرحه والاوتيل جميل بشكل عام

Cons:

وجود بعض الحشرات في ارضية الغرفة ومفرش السرير وتم ابلاغ الاستقبال وقت الخروج وارسال الصور بالواتس اب وللاسف لايوجد اعتذار من ادارة الفندق ولاتبرير للموقف دون اي اعتبار واهتمام !!
