Мы съехали сразу после заселения, впечатлись с порога.
Cons:

Устаревший и зашарпанный номер, пятно на потолке, запах канализации в номерах перебитый запахом чистящих средств.
Скрипучие двери, отсутствие шумоизляции.

Нужно менять мебель и делать ремонт! Улучшить завтраки!
Pros:

есть спортзал и бассейн (но платный), завтрак удовлетворительный.

Cons:

Несовременная мебель и «уставшая», был запах в номере, с матраса торчат пружины, в прямом смысле этого слова! Можно травмироваться:(

Staff, Breakfast, pool, location very satisfied
Pros:

Located near to city centre. Just 3 km and you can find bus every minute to centre just for 70 tenge 0.13$

Cons:

Just problem gym was closed because they want open new bigger gym. Pool very good with sauna and steam room.
