Pros:

Классные бассейны, пляжная зона, территория. Персонал на просьбы реагирует быстро и без проблем

Cons:

Разнообразить завтраки, добавить на постоянной основе оладьи/блины, добавить сезонные фрукты/ягоды. Однозначно надо менять кофемашины, постоянно ломаются/выключаются.
Отдельная проблема с уборкой номеров, постоянно не докладывали полотенца, плохо убран ковролин. Дополнительное спальное место было не подготовлено к заезду.
Улучшите очистку воды в бассейнах, как на улице так и в спа, вода была мутноватая.
Пожелание на летний период - ставьте на балкон нормальную сушилку для белья и пару стульчиков, абсолютно негде сушить полотенца и пить кофе по утрам. В ванной летом полотенчик не работает, а одинокая веревочка на балконе только для купальников

Это любимый наш отель в Боровом и мы всегда едем только туда, надеюсь в следующую поездку не будет таких мелких но очень
Pros:

Отдыхаем не первый раз в этом отделе, отличное расположение, уютный отель, пляж очень изменился в положительную сторону.

Cons:

Номер при заселении был плохо убран, по номеру находили бумажки и пробки от бутылок. Так же завтраки тоже не плохие но раньше были лучше, ассортимент завтраков очень хороший но готовить стали не вкусно. При выселении в 12:00 мы попросились на час остаться у бассейна так как у нас заселение было в 15:00 а выезд в 12:00 и это было оплаченное нами время, нам отказали.

В целом отличный вариант, остановились в гостевом доме, с видом на бассейн. Территория отеля превосходная, много интересных зон как для взрослых, так и для детей. Персонал приветливый!

Cons:

Ну едиственное замечание, когда принесли дополнительную кровать для ребенка ее просто оставили в сложенном виде, и отдельно принесли белье. Всю раскладку и установку и щаправку кровати делали сами. И основная кровать совершенно дубовая, очень жетский неудобный матрас...

все хорошо. красивое место, вкусный завтрак. пляж изумительный с чистым песочком, супер открытый бассейн с телой водичкой. каждый может найти занятие по душе. шикарный вид на озеро. дети ходили на мастер классы, говорят понравилось.
