Если бы не размещение в дополнительном зданий , все было бы на твердую 10-ку
Pros:

Классная территория: есть игровые зоны для детей, свой пляж и бассейн на улице. Решили отметить день рождения дочери, и отель в качестве комплимента подарил кекс с поздравлением. Мелочь, но очень приятно.

Cons:

Немного огорчило то, что нас разместили в дополнительном здании за 95 000 тенге. Возможно, я не заметил этого при бронировании, либо информацию позже изменили. Если вас поселят там — будьте готовы, что до основного корпуса идти довольно далеко. Также на первом этаже слышен топот сверху, а на второй этаж приходится подниматься по не самой удобной лестнице.

В целом, на мой взгляд, 95 тысяч тенге это не стоит. Если бы стоимость была около 65 тысяч, то впечатление было бы гораздо лучше.

В БАССЕЙНЕ НЕТ ПОЛОГИХ СТУПЕНЕК. И ЭТО В ОТЕЛЕ ТАКОГО УРОВНЯ. У СУПРУГИ БОЛЯТ НОГИ И ОНА НЕ СМОГЛА ВОСПОЛЬЗОВАТЬСЯ БАССЕЙНОМ. У ВАС МЫ БЫЛИ УЖЕ СЕДЬМОЙ РАЗ. ГОВОРИЛИ ПИСАЛИ ПРОСИЛИ НО.........

Отличный Отель. С самого порога, как только вошли в здание, чувствовалась приятная и заботливая атмосфера. Весь персонал гипервежливый, номера отличные, завтраки супервкусные! 1000%, что будем приезжать именно сюда! Да и хотелось бы отметить, что Wyndham намного лучше, чем Rixos Borovoe!!!!!
