Месторасположение отличное
Ухожегная территория,
Ночной клуб,
Приветливый персонал.
Детская зона с нянями.
Хороший вид.

Cons:

Предложенный в букенге вариант размещения в отдельно стоящем здании в зимней период не работает пришлось отменить бронь и по факту заселиться в основном здании.
Полы в СПА скользкие, кафель не предназначен для напольного покрытия, травмоопасен.

A serious maintenance and fixing small details needed.
Pros:

Booked a second night there as on this platform was way cheaper… as hotelier you can always manage for walkins a better price, that’s the only in our industry to survive ..(does not matter the level on a booking platform ) at the end the property is yours.
Location is great and front office nice (despite their so called management ) btw as a foreigner I do soak qazaq and he was insting on speaking Russian to me… while he could def use English. We come for the qazaq hospitality

A serious cleaning and maintenance audit needed
Pros:

The front office staff do their best.
A big up to the guy at sauna (aufguss session) but once again he had to carry a plastic bucket.
When we checked in the room was not ready for 3 pax as we requested, a long road with child.
The free bottle of water was half empty.
A cigarette tree was laying on the floor by the bed.
All was solved within 20 mins.
We changed room but once again for the price paid didn’t fit our expectation. The sink stopper was stucked.
The toilet seat was way smaller….
And so on
Unfortunately the property won’t last long if not maintained. As the potential is really there, the hall is beautiful and surrounding.
The location is great.

Cons:

Can’t blame the front office, but the so called manager is the one to blame. His nonchalant attitude and careless do not make him fit for the job.
