Отличный отель, остались очень довольны! ❤️ Прекрасное место для отдыха в Шымкенте. Номер чистый, уютный и комфортный, всё необходимое есть. Персонал очень вежливый, внимательный и доброжелательный — отдельное спасибо за такое отношение к гостям. Обязательно вернёмся в Kainar ещё раз! Главное достоинство вид, особенно вечерний.

Cons:

Нужен ремонт, особенно в ванной. Заселение пришлось ждать, так как программа не работала. Заселились в 16:00, никаких извенений не дождались.
