Хороший отель.
Хорошая локация.
Были недовольства но отдел взаимодействия с гостями пошли на встречу и решили проблему.

Cons:

Ресепшн не заинтересован в решении проблем.
Хотелось бы чтобы они были более инициативными.

Прекрасное расположение, вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, чистые номера. Прекрасная кухня и полноценные порции. Завтраки - это нечто. Я так обедаю, как здесь завтракают. 😁 Вообще, все прекрасно. Персонал - великолепен. У супруги, ещё по дороге в Туркестан, началась аллергия. Утром спросили на стойке регистрации про мед.кабинет - проводили, подождали. Медик сказала - прокапать дексаметазон. Девушка - работник сказала где рядом есть процедурный кабинет. Сама позвонила, все организовала. Нам надо было только прийти. Очень отзывчивый и душевный персонал. Спасибо огромное за прекрасный отдых!!!
