Pros:

Завтрак прекрасный. Довольно много блюд. Обслуживание на среднем уровне. Бассейн хороший, но не работало мужское СПА. Номера чистые, уютные. Кровать большая и удобная.

Cons:

Попросил разбудить меня в 6.30 утра, но так и не разбудили. Спустился посмотреть а на ресепшне спят. В целом единственный серьезный минус молодые работники отеля.

Pros:

Очень старый, номера уставшие, полотенца изношены и в пятнах. Персонал не клиентоориентирован, будто домой пошли к ним ночевать бесплатно. Выбирали только потому что, мероприятие, зачем мы приехали в Атырау, был в ресторане данного отеля. Ценник завышен очень. Плюс только парковка большая.
