Die Kommunikation zwischen Rezeption und Restaurant für das Frühstück war nicht gut, da unterschiedliche Uhrzeiten mitgeteilt wurden und wir somit teilweise das Frühstück nicht mehr einnehmen konnten. Trotzdem, dass wir vier Personen in einem Familienzimmer gebucht und bezahlt haben, wurde dies nicht berücksichtigt in Bezug auf Handtücher und Wasser zum Trinken. Sehr schade.

Отличный отель с прекрасным соотношением цены и качества. Остались очень приятные впечатления от пребывания в этом отеле. Номер порадовал своими размерами и уютом — просторный, чистый и очень комфортный. Соотношение цены и качества здесь абсолютно оправдано. Отдельно хочется отметить очень вкусные завтраки и высокий уровень сервиса: персонал исключительно добрый, приветливый и внимательный к гостям. Расположение отеля также краине удачное — он находится недалеко от аэропорта, а до Байтерека на такси можно добраться всего за 15 минут

Cons:

Было пару минусов. Во-первых, в моем номере плохо работал Wi-Fi, сигнал постоянно пропадал. Во-вторых, в ванной комнате была сломана плитка, что портило общий вид. И последнее — шумоизоляция оставляет желать лучшего: в номере было отчетливо слышно, если кто-то разговаривал или просто ходил по коридору. Если исправить эти недочеты, отель будет идеальным.
