Все было супер ! Всё чисто, куча полотенец, халаты, тапочки, предметы гигиены в ванной. Завтраки вкусные, по типу шведского стола.
Матрас на одной из кроватей немного жестковатый.
The property is conveniently located, the rooms are nice and clean and comfortable beds. The staff was helpful, shoutout to Evelina who was able to get us a room change when asked for.
The room we stayed in did not have an ac remote and we had to keep the windows open for air circulation and breeze. This was inconvenient for us. I would recommend not asking for anything from house keeping post 6pm as you will not get anything you ask for.

The area of the room was quite spacious.
The first night my room had real bad smoke over the room, though it was supposed to be a non smoking room.
Завтрак понравился, все что было нужно там было .Вкусно. В принципе все чисто и аккуратно. Относительно других гостиниц - не дорого
Очень неудобный матрац и подушки. Холл гостиницы лучше сделать более уютным для общения и ожидания, журнальный столик, цветы комнатные , было хорошо чтоб бы был медпункт, чтобы померить давление пришлось ехать в аптеку на такси. Также на сайте заявлено что есть трансфер, его нет, что что предложили оказалось дороже в три раза поездки на такси , гостиница могла бы предложить услуги яндек, просто сказать, не переживайте ползуйтесь яндексом ( человеку который в первый раз и так нет знакомых трудно сориентрироваться) ,У эл чайника очень короткий шнур никуда не подходил, пока не нашла место пришлось чайник ставить на пол. Кроме заварки ничего не было в мини баре , например сахара не было.
Телевизор показывал очень плохо, каналы ограничены. Если есть возможность как то украсить корридоры, просто для эстетического наслаждения( но это не главное), тапочки настолько неудобные и тонкие что ни разу их надеть не смогли, носила свои привезенные. Корридоры очень скучные как больничные ни картин ни красивых ковров, ни цветов
На 4 звезды не тянет
Чисто.
Завтрак невкусный. Старый матрац. Обшарпаный номер. Номера требуют ремонта. Шум стройки.
