We found some umportant info presented to us was false
We asked to speak to a manager but the receptionist refused pretending he is the senior manager of the hotel
We wrote to the owner but unfortunatley didnt receive any reply eventhough situation experience was extremely bad

Großartiges Zimmer (Suite Nr. 12 im Neubau 5. OG) mit Balkon und Blick auf Vaduz. Sehr geräumig und modern ausgestattet inklusive Klimatisierung. Erlesenes Frühstücksbuffet. Grandioses und sehr freundliches Personal. Vorhandene Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage. Top!

Partiamo dagli aspetti positivi: l’hotel è in pieno centro, le camere sono belle e il personale è gentile. Peccato che tutto questo venga pesantemente compromesso da mancanze che, nel 2026 e a queste tariffe molto alte, trovo davvero assurde.

Non c’è una vera aria condizionata. Quello che viene indicato come “raffreddamento a parete”, nei fatti, muove semplicemente l’aria: Un ventilatore!!! Quando fuori fa caldo, la camera rimane calda e dormire diventa davvero difficile.

E come se non bastasse, in camera il Wi-Fi è praticamente inesistente: Internet non funziona. Un altro servizio che in un hotel 4 stelle da oltre ben oltre 300 euro a notte dovrebbe essere assolutamente scontato.

A questo livello e a questo prezzo, aria condizionata e una connessione Wi-Fi funzionante non possono essere considerati optional.

Se avessi saputo prima che non c’era una vera climatizzazione e che in camera avrei avuto anche problemi a collegarmi a Internet, non avrei mai prenotato.

Il mio consiglio è molto semplice: non venite in estate se fa caldo. Una bella camera e una posizione centrale servono a poco se poi non si riesce a dormire per il caldo e nemmeno a utilizzare normalmente Internet.

Per un 4 stelle da quasi 400 euro a notte, mi aspettavo decisamente altro.

Fast 400 Euro pro Nacht für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ohne Klimaanlage und ohne funktionierendes WLAN im Zimmer: inakzeptabel.

Beginnen wir mit den positiven Punkten: Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum, die Zimmer sind schön und das Personal ist freundlich. Leider werden all diese positiven Aspekte durch Mängel stark beeinträchtigt, die ich im Jahr 2026 und bei derart hohen Preisen wirklich für absurd halte.

Es gibt keine richtige Klimaanlage. Was als „Wandkühlung“ bezeichnet wird, bewegt in Wirklichkeit lediglich die Luft: ein Ventilator!!!

Wir werden keine "Wiederholungstäter"

Dieses Hotel besticht durch seine zentrale Lage und das freundliche Personal. Zudem war das inkludierte Frühstück sehr lecker.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr enttäuschend. Klar, es war sehr heiß als wir vor Ort waren, aber wenn das gesamte Hotel mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet ist, man aber auf dem teuren Zimmer fast eingeht vor Hitze, dann ist es keine Erholung, sondern nur eine Qual. Es gibt zwar einen Ventilator, aber das verteilt die warme Luft ja nur. Zudem war es in der Tiefgarage gefühlt 40 Grad heiß, weil die ganzen Endgeräte in der Garage plaziert waren. Wir fanden es bezeichnend, dass wir beim Check-Out noch nicht mal gefragt wurden, ob alles in Ordnung war.

Nebyla zde klimatizace coz ve 4**** hotelu by mel byt standard! Parkovani za 20 franku, to jako vazne? Garaz pro plno aut.
Snidane - naprosty vysmech, 1 pani tam litala mezi vsemi, zmatena, nestihala. Nejsem narocny na jidlo, ale v hotelu za 9.500kc/1 noc bych cekal nadstandard.
