Not a four star hotel by ant stretch of the imagination....
Pros:

Pools/spa were good and clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

This is not a four star hotel by western European standards, a three if I'm being generous. Rooms had missed dirt and hairs. Teas and coffees not replenished in room from previous guests. Difficult to get a lift as house keeping staff are using them. Buffet very average and reception staff not interested when we raised concerns... just said 'Oh well'

Czystość, baseny jak zawsze.Bywalam w Rajeckich jak nie było części zewnętrznej basenowej.Pofobsja mi się zmiany.

Cons:

Bardzo niewygodne łóżka , twarde wygniecione materace , brak wody mineralnej w pokoju, przy tej cenie ? Nawet butelki ? Zajmowałam p 476. Niemili pracownicy restauracji.Mrugajsca żarówka przy łóżku.

Chýbal nám sucič na prádlo a nedalo sa nastaviť klíma na vyššie stúpne(aby bolo v izbe teplejšie)

Chętnie odwiedzę ten hotel ponownie w celach wypoczynkowych.
Pros:

Bardzo pomocna obsluga !!!, pokoje duże i czyste, różnorodne i smaczne jedzenie aczkolwiek serwowane nawet w głównej restauracji na plastikowych podkładkach; dodatkowo najlepiej zlokalizowane stoły są min 6-8 osobowe i zawsze zarezerwowane , a nigdy nie niezajęte ... osoby przybywające w parach tłoczą się po bokach sali w zlokalizowanych tam małych wciąż zajętych stolach - środek restauracji przez to wygląda na pusty / bez życia.

Cons:

Krótko dostępne atrakcje - w sumie jest tam jedna duża restauracja podzielona na 2 strefy i kolejna czynna wyłącznie do 18/19 na basenie, wszystkie prócz godzin wliczonych w cenę posiłków są wyludniałe, potencjał obiektu jakby nie do końca wykorzystany np. nie można wypić kawy na tarasie mimo, że takowy jest - może przez to, że nie ma tam ludzi nie ma też bieżącej obsługi ... po 21 po zamknięciu basenu praktycznie nic się nie dzieje w obiekcie pomimo wakacji.
