Meine Frau und ich kommen bestimmt wieder.
Pros:

Frühstück und Abendessen waren außerordentlich lecker. Man merkt, dass es ein Familien geführtes Hotel ist. So ein nettes und hilfsbereites Personal findet man selten.

oasi di relax sul lago di Resia

affacciato sul lago di Resia questo hotel offre una vista stupenda sul lago, le camere sono silenziose, di una buona metratura, pulizia eccellente, staff cordiale e premuroso, colazione abbondante con pietanze a scelta dalla cucina e cena varia con prodotti freschi e di ottima qualità. consiglio le camere con balcone lato lago.

Cons:

a volte nella spa/piscina c'erano bambini quindi era molto rumorosa e poco rilassante, peccato. camera sempre eccessivamente calda (oltre 23 gradi con riscaldamento acceso che non si poteva abbassare). ho sentito un altro ospite lamentarsi per la stessa cosa. per il resto è stato tutto perfetto.

Tökéletes hely a feltöltődésre.
Pros:

Minden tetszett. Tökéletes elhelyezkedés, szép épület. Kedves személyzet, tökéletes tisztaság. Finom és választékos reggeli és vacsora. A wellness fenomenális.

La posizione della struttura è ottima, si trova direttamente sul lago di Resia; le stanze con vista lago hanno una vista formidabile.
La colazione e la cena ottimi, il buffet è molto curato, sia nella qualità dei cibi offerti, sia nella pulizia e ordine.
Le receptionists sono state tutte accoglienti, pronte a dare consigli e rispondere alle nostre domande. La stessa accoglienza e gentilezza la abbiamo ritrovata nei camerieri della sala da cena e dal personale del bar.
Avevamo con noi 2 bici, che abbiamo potuto parcheggiarle nel garage bici, dotato di compressore e vari strumenti utili per una rapida manutenzione.
Ampi parcheggi disponibili davanti alla struttura.
La pulizia della stanza era ottima, molto veloce (il tempo della colazione) ma molto efficiente!!


Da ritornarci sicuramente!

Cons:

L’unica piccola pecca è che, essendo arrivati dopo l’orario di cena (21:30), non abbiamo avuto modo di cenare perché la cucina era chiusa e tutti i ristoranti nei dintorni erano già chiusi. Il personale però ci ha stornato la cena che non abbiamo usufruito al momento del check-out, molto positivo.
Al mattino, mentre abbiamo fatto colazione ci hanno pulito la stanza; quindi se volete il cambio asciugamani vi consiglio di metterli per terra così verranno sostituiti.

Due piccolezze che, all’interno del soggiorno, non ci sono pesati per niente visto la grande qualità della struttura, degli spazi e dell’accoglienza e professionalità del personale.
