io amo dormire al buio e purtroppo la tenda che doveva oscurare la camera era sganciata in alto per cui alla mattina è entrata la luce, per il resto tutto perfetto
L’esperienza è stata fantastica. Il personale è stato estremamente cortese e disponibile. La struttura è molto accogliente.
L’unica cosa positiva è stata la presenza del ragazzo in reception, con la sua accoglienza e la sua disponibilità. (A parer mio è il proprietario dell’albergo, perché si è messo in gioco fin troppo per essere un semplice receptionist, addirittura è venuto personalmente in camera per cambiare il doccino). Quindi, per quanto, sicuramente, fosse predisposto per via della sua posizione (da potenziale proprietario) ad essere così gentile, devo dire che è stato l’unica ragione per cui il soggiorno ci ha lasciato un ricordo positivo. Davvero bravo, solare, gentilissimo!
Abbiamo pagato 108 euro per un albergo 4 stelle che non aveva assolutamente NULLA per poter essere definito un 4 stelle! Sembrava un motel squallido e vecchio di quelli che si vedono nei film. In camera c’erano peli/ capelli in diversi punti, il vetro/sportello della doccia era rotto, il doccino era pieno di muffa (per questo dicevo che è venuto il ragazzo della reception in persona a cambiarlo), la tenda aveva un ragno morto sopra e non era stata lavata, il letto non era assolutamente un letto da hotel 4 stelle, e potrei continuare ancora su pulizia e comfort che lasciavano desiderare. La mattina siamo arrivati quasi alla fine dell’orario di colazione e non c’era neanche un croissant (non ho mai visto un albergo con i croissant contati, tanto da finire nonostante la presenza di pochissimi ospiti) e quando abbiamo chiesto alla ragazza i bicchieri per l’acqua si è disturbata dicendo che stava per mettere tutto a lavare. Un minimo di tolleranza per degli ospiti che ti pagano, no? Anche perché non siamo venuti dopo l’orario, ma VERSO la fine!

The accommodation was clean and well maintained and the staff was very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was also great. It’s about 20min drive to lake Garda but we didn’t mind this since we had hired a car.
Tutto molto bello, spazi veramente confortevoli sia il parcheggio sia le camere sia la struttura in generale. Veramente i miei complimenti, perché mi sono trovata veramente bene sia con il personale che con tutto il resto. Colazione buona e veramente è stato un piacere conoscere il receptionist che ci ha accolti.
