La posizione e l'insonorizzazione delle stanze. Le camere inoltre non mi sono sembrate così datate come dicono nelle altre recensioni

Pros:

We loved everything. Early check in, large comfortable rooms with air conditioning, even tea bags and a kettle.
All of the staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. The workers' lunch menu was incredible value 3 courses and wine for 14 euros! Also a good continental breakfast included. Free pizza with evening drinks! Great decor in the dining area with an artistic charm to it.
When our TV wouldn't work to watch England play Argentina in the world cup finals, the owner gave us a key to another room to watch it! You can't ask for better service!
Location is awesome in walking distance to the ferry stop. There was even a supermarket across the road.

Cons:

Everything was exceptional and amazing value for money!

Pros:

La climatisation dans la chambre et le repas au restaurant de l'hôtel qui était correct.

Cons:

Le soit disant parking privé est celui du Aldi situé en face de l'hôtel. Les articles de toilettes consistent en deux échantillons (1 shampoing et 1 produit douche) déjà entamés et quasi vide pour l'un (non changés après la première nuit). Le petit déjeuner : un croissant pas frais (fourré à l'abricot le 1er jour et à je ne sais quoi le second jour) par personne, 1 yoghourt/personne qui est déjà sur la table est qui, par conséquent, est tiède et, pour le reste, des biscottes et biscuits en sachet avec confiture et Nutella en portions individuelles et pas de beurre ! La vue sur le jardin : un espace de 20 m²...
Quant au calme, l'hôtel est situé à côté d'un nœud routier !

On a pris cet hôtel car étions de passage, donc dans ce contexte c'était top.

Cons:

Le bruit des véhicules de passage car l'hôtel est situé au croisement de deux routes mais nous en étions conscients pour la réservation.

un rapporto qualità prezzo troppo alto se avessimo pagato la metà sarebbe stato in linea

l'aria condizionata ben installata un getto non troppo addosso a chi dorme
la tv si vedeva molto bene
letto comodo e il secondo cuscino in dotazione senza chiederlo

serramenti rotti una persiana di una porta finestra mezza divelta
balconi delle stanze divisi male quasi comunicanti
vero tasto dolente cucina con pizze biscottate, colazione non al altezza del prezzo nessuna torta nessun buffet salato nessun panino solo prodotii confezionati
non esiste frigo bar da camera e nemmeno al piano
