Non so come sia il paradiso ma, fosse per me, sarebbe così...
Pros:

L'hotel è situato in una posizione eccellente, poco fuori Selva e Santa Cristina e ogni sguardo dal giardino o dai balconi sembra una cartolina. La location è perfetta, ha tutti i servizi necessari ad un relax totale. La cucina è magnifica: mai mangiato uno strudel più buono e apprezzatissimi i mini krapfen a colazione. Le stanze sono in stile tirolese e il legno la fa da padrone. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e solare durante tutto il soggiorno, facendoci sentire davvero a casa.

Some members of the staff were not always as friendly or welcoming as we would have expected. At times, we felt a little judged, which made us feel slightly uncomfortable.

Für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war das Zimmer nur ok. Z.B Wasser auf dem Zimmer oder eine Kaffeemaschine hätte ich erwartet.

Fast alles gut, 4 Sterne, freundliche, familiäre Mitarbeiter, sehr schöner Rollstuhl freundlicher Pool.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist nicht Rollstuhl gängig,, (Stufe bei Dusche, sehr enge Toilette) ich musste dafür besser auswärts, öffentlich, gehen, bei 4 Sternen passiert mir das selten. Preis etwas überteuert im Vergleich mit der Nachbarschaft

We were disapointed for a 4 star hotel.
Pros:

The room had a beautiful view.

Cons:

The chaotic atmosphere during meals. We had a meal plan and didint use our meal plan for the second night because the quality of the food terrible. No welcome or information packet in the room.

Pros:

Tutto fantastico! Colazione a buffet per ogni gusto con la possibilità di omelette servite al tavolo, cena con più portate e antipasti a buffet. Giardino esterno con piscina e acqua riscaldata. Staff gentilissimo. Dalla struttura partono autobus per tutte le località principali, non serve usare la macchina. Impianto cabinovia Col raiser per raggiungere Seceda a 5 minuti a piedi dall’hotel.

A beautiful and cozy getaway in the mountains!
Pros:

This hotel is gorgeous! The location is perfect, it has great amenities (sauna, pool, steam room, hot tubs), and the staff are so friendly! An amazing breakfast is included. The rooms are comfortable and spacious.
