Siamo stati benissimo, da tornarci assolutamente. Lo consigliamo calorosamente.
Pros:

Ci è piaciuta molto la vista che si ha dalla camera e la posizione molto comoda. Servizio ristorazione eccellente, in particolare il personale di sala eccellente ma anche tutto lo staff dell’albergo.

Das Hotel ist toll gelegen und der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Parkmöglichkeiten für Motorräder in einer Tiefgarage. Gutes Essen im Restaurant mit gigantischer Weinkarte.

Cons:

Das Personal beim Frühstück und Abendessen verbreitet totale Hektik. In Ruhe essen ist fast nicht möglich, da schon mit dem abräumen begonnen wird, bevor man fertig ist. Die vorgegebenen Zeiten sind reine Makulatur. Sehr schade, denn sonst hätte ich gerne eine höhere Punktzahl gegeben.

Bellissima vista sulle montagne
Ottima colazione,torte buonissime e altri prodotti di buona qualità, ce n’è per tutti i gusti. Anche la cena con ottimo buffet e le portate ben servite e mai ripetitive. Tutto buono! Area wellness pulita e rilassante.

Consiglierei di anticipare l’orario della colazione per agevolare chi fa escursioni in montagna

Soggiorno piacevole e ottima ristorazione, con qualche servizio da migliorare.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la cortesia e la disponibilità dello staff del ristorante, sempre gentile e professionale. Ottima anche la qualità del cibo e, nel complesso, molto piacevole il servizio di ristorazione.

Cons:

Abbiamo trovato eccessivo il costo richiesto per la ricarica dell’auto elettrica, pari a 1 € per kWh, decisamente superiore alle normali tariffe di ricarica. Inoltre, avevamo richiesto il voucher riservato agli ospiti per usufruire dello sconto alle QC Terme, ma ci è stato fornito un voucher risalente al 2022 e quindi non più valido.

Stylový hotel s krásným výhledem. Pokoje útulné,prostorné, čisté. Krásný výhled z balkonu. Sauna a wellness v pohodě, jen je škoda nevyužít prostoru a dát lehátka i před hotel. Takto jsme se večer poněkud tísnili. Co je potřeba vyzvednout je kvalita,kuchyně. Snídaně průměr, ale večeře byly famózní. Tříchodové menu, zákusek, úžasný salátový bar. Rádi se vrátíme.
