Wunderschöner Urlaub in Sterzing
Pros:

Überaus freundliches und aufmerksames Personal beim Essen, sehr gutes Frühstück mit Allem was man braucht und vor allem sehr gutem Kaffee. Eier und Omelett werden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Das Abendessen war hervorragend, sehr abwechslungsreich, geschmacklich nicht zu übertreffen und sehr schön angerichtet. Schwimmbad und Wellnessbereich sehr modern und immer ausreichend Platz. Sehr schöner Garten! Fußläufig in die Stadt und zur Seilbahn!

Cons:

Das Doppelzimmer ist ziemlich klein, zum Glück hatten wir schönes Wetter und konnten auf dem großen Balkon mit hübschen Blumen sitzen. Bei schlechtem Wetter keine richtige Sitzmöglichkeit im Zimmer. Unser Zimmer befand sich Richtung Tankstelle und war daher auch nachts laut.

Sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist ein echtes Plus!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und reichhaltig. Das Abendmenu bietet eine gute Auswahl. Die Speisen sind liebevoll vorbereitet und es hat alles geschmeckt. Wirklich sehr gute Küche!
Auch der SPA-Bereich/Schwimmbad ist sehr angenehm.
Vor allem ist das Personal zu loben: immer höfflich, zuvorkommend, hat uns in einem medizinischen Notfall sehr geholfen.

Cons:

Wir waren in einem Zimmer der unteren Kategorie und es war sehr minimal ausgestattet. Leider war unser Fenster gerade über den Lieferanten-Eingang: früh morgens hatten wir also Lärm und laute Gespräche. Das nächste Mal werden wir ein besseres Zimmer auswählen.

Toller Urlaub bei perfekten Gastgebern.
Pros:

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel im alpenländischen Stil mit außergewöhnlich freundlichem Serviceteam. Die Küche kreiert aus traditionellen Zutaten geschmacklich und optisch wahre Leckerbissen

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer war schon sehr klein, allerdings konnte der schöne Balkone dies gut ausgleichen.

Pros:

Abbiamo scelto di iniziare qui la nostra luna di miele e possiamo dirlo con il cuore: è stato un inizio semplicemente meraviglioso, oltre ogni aspettativa.
Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti accolti, coccolati e soprattutto importanti. L’ospitalità, la cura dei piccoli dettagli, le splendide sorprese, la spa e la cena hanno reso ogni giornata davvero speciale. Ogni sera abbiamo scoperto qualcosa di diverso a tavola, sempre buonissimo e curato nei minimi particolari.
Ci sono esperienze che si ricordano per un luogo, altre per ciò che ti fanno provare. Questa per noi è stata entrambe le cose: un susseguirsi di emozioni, attenzioni e momenti che porteremo con noi a lungo.
Iniziare la nostra luna di miele in questo modo è stato un regalo meraviglioso. Un’esperienza che ci ha fatto sentire davvero coccolati e che ha reso ancora più speciale un momento così importante della nostra vita.
Grazie di cuore per aver reso questi primi giorni da marito e moglie indimenticabili.

Attenzione verso i clienti da rivedere
Pros:

Ristorante: cena di altissimo livello, con staff attento ed estremamente cordiale.
Piscina interna: bella ed accogliente.

Cons:

Al nostro arrivo ci è stata assegnata una camera nella quale qualcuno aveva appena fumato. L'odore di fumo era davvero forte. E le finestre erano chiuse. Quindi erano state davvero fatte la pulizie oppure ha fumato chi ha pulito? Detto ciò per un hotel di questo livello non avere controllo sulle stanze ed assegnare una stanza in cui qualcuno ha appena fumato è abbastanza grave.

Ho chiesto un cambio stanza, ma l'altra che ci hanno assegnato era davvero lugubre, buia e caldissima. Alla fine abbiamo preferito tornare alla stanza che sapeva di fumo e tenere aperte le finestre - notte compresa - per far uscire l'odore.
