Cons:

The property is located on the first floor of an old residential building in the historic centre of La Spezia. Check-in is available until 8:00 p.m., which may be inconvenient for guests arriving later, and finding parking nearby can be difficult due to the central location. In our opinion, the accommodation felt more like a B&B than a hotel.
We booked and prepaid a room for three guests through Booking.com. After the reservation had already been completed and paid, a message appeared on the platform indicating that an additional bed would incur an extra charge of €30. This may have been related to a technical issue or an error in the booking process. As we had already arrived at the property, we decided not to dispute the charge and paid the additional amount.
In our opinion, the room and bathroom were not cleaned to the standard we expected. The property has a very distinctive vintage style, which may appeal to some guests, but it was not to our taste.
Breakfast was acceptable, although we personally would have preferred a buffet rather than having the food plated by the staff.
Overall, our experience did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price we paid. Based on our personal experience, we would not choose to stay at this property again and would not recommend it.

Pros:

Un accueil parfait, nous avons pu prendre la chambre plus tôt que prévu. L'hôte nous a donné de nombreux conseils avisés pour affiner notre emploi du temps durant le séjour. Le petit déjeuner est super bon et copieux.

Cons:

On serait bien resté quelques jours de plus ;)

La struttura è in un' ottima posizione centrale ,perfetta per raggiungere la stazione e il porto .
Camera accogliente e pulita , bagno spazioso..La colazione è servita al tavolo con prodotti freschi e di buona qualità .

Veldig kjekk plass i bo sentralt i La Spezia.
Pros:

Veldig koselig hotell sentralt i La Spezia. Kjekt å bo midt i byen- lite støy - og kort vei til togstasjonen. Veldig hyggelig personale og god frokost.

Ci sono posti che hanno anima, questo ne ha una così forte che è bello passarci del tempo dentro.
Pulitissimo in primis, ma è quello che c'è dentro che è il punto forte.

Il proprietario rigenera oggetti e li rende corollario di design di questa splendida struttura.

Centrale, strategica, pulita, camere Grandi, comoda.

Verrò sempre qui!

Très bon établissement bien placé le gérant parle français et est extrêmement gentil, à trouver des solutions à tous nos petits problèmes. Il nous a renseigner sur la ville et ses alentours. Je recommande à 100 %, la chambre était très propre. Tout était parfait!

Tutto, soprattuto la cordialità e la bravura del Proprietario e la Signorina che portava la colazione, super gentili siocevoli e preparati ad ogni evenienza!
Punto strategico per visitare tutte e 5 le terre, Lerici, Portovenere e le Isole di Palmaria Tino e Tinetto senza dimenticare la bellissima La Spezia!
