Pros:

Le placement est ideal pour visiter la Spezia qui est une tres jolie ville et pratique pour se rendre aux cinque terre en train ou en bateau
A 3 mn du port et des rue pietonnes pour faire du shopping

Cons:

L auberge se trouvent dans un bâtiment typiquement italien entourées de maisons colorées et ses volets verts avec une terrasse ou on peut profiter librement et y manger
La décoration est originale, des objets et du mobilier de recup

Pros:

Leuke gastvrije gastheer. Mooie grote kamer.

Cons:

Ontbijt: geen ontbijtbuffet, maar elke ochtend een dienblad met croissant, jam, wat fruit en yoghurt. Als je graag kaas of eieren lust dan heb je pech. Je kon wel een tosti bestellen, maar die vond ik niet lekker.

Intelligente utilizzare La Spezia per scoprire le 5 terre ed i suoi dintorni.
Pros:

la posizione dell'albergo é perfetta: vicino all'ufficio turistico ed alle fermate per i bus utili per le escursioni nei dintorni (Porto Venere, Lerici, Sarzana...).

Cons:

L'arredamento delle stanze è spartano, molto migliorabile; la colazione, pur abbondante deve essere migliorato con più varietà di frutta e latte e caffè disponibili, non solo a richiesta del cliente.

Buen lugar para alojarte en La Spezia.
Pros:

La ubicación! Muy cerca del Puerto. En pleno centro comercial . Cómodo. Bien atendido por su dueño. Limpio. Buen desayuno. Buenos consejos y reservas para ir a comer

Cons:

No tengo mala crítica alguna. El frente del edificio está un poco descuidado. Superada la primera impresión, apenas subis la escalera o el ascensor, se siente olor a limpio y si dudaste, cambiarás de parecer.

Super petit hôtel, très bien situé 👍
Pros:

L'emplacement est top au centre de la Spezia, notre chambre spacieuse avec tout ce qu'il faut , et un grand grand +++ pour l'acceuil et la gentilesse du personnel 👍.
Nous reviendrons avec nos maris.
