La sympathie et la bonne humeur de l'hôte qui parle très bien français. Localisation idéale. Très grande salle de bain. Bouilloire et mini frigo dans la chambre. Au calme malgré la situation géographique.

Perfect place to stay in La Spezia. The host was helpful, attentive and flexible. At the last moment we prolonged our stay and the host was very helpful and supportive. It was clean, the rooms are very interesting and comfortable

Cons:

Only minor adjustment could be done with breakfasts. They are good however it’s the same almost every day (there are choices so for a few days it’s not a problem) and only sweet

La gentillesse du personnel, le matelas très confortable, le calme, les croissants et kiwi au petit déjeuner et la propreté des lieux

Cons:

La climatisation un peu bruyante et qui n'arrive pas à descendre la température ambiante en dessous de 25°C.
Noys aurions apprécié un petit coup d'aspirateur ou de balai pour enlever le sable qu'on ramène inévitablement de la plage.

La habitación estaba aceptable, tenía mucho cariño, faltaba limpieza.
La ubicación era linda, muchos bares y similar cerca, permitía buena movilidad.
La amabilidad fue extraordinaria.

Al lugar le falta mejorar un poco la limpieza y el desayuno.
Estaba un poco lejos de la estación del tren.
