Remote and relaxing
Pros:

Very remote, a short downhill walk from malga ciapela, the breakfast and dinner are both amazing and rich, i definitely recommend tasting their dishes.

Cons:

I tried to cancel my stay approximately 2 months before arriving due to double booking i made accidentally and the property refused. I believe 2 months is enough time and it was an unfair situation.
Overall, I enjoyed the “remoteness” and the food.

Pros:

Надзвичайно приємне місце. Тихе, спокійне з якісним та приємним обслуговуванням. Гарний сніданок. вид з вікна просто супер(мій номер був з видом на задній двір де протікає гірський потік та видно гори). Вечеря смачна(не входила у вартість, але не має значення). Співвідношння ціна-якість була супер. Я однозначано порекомендую друзям і повернусь сюди знову при нагоді

Sehr nettes Team.

Cons:

Speisekarte war sehr lecker, aber es fehlten einfache Gerichte, wie Salatteller oder Spaghetti.
Dennoch herzlichen Dank.

Pros:

Lovely staff: friendly, supportive, and extremely helpful in guiding us around the area and recommending what to see and try. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the service was excellent, and breakfast offered a good variety of beautifully presented dishes. The sunrise, with the mountains directly in front of us, was absolutely stunning.

Чисто і гарно! Зручно якщо хочете потрапити на Мармоладу

Дуже гарний готель! Навколо дуже багато квітів, красивих деталей! Дуже привітний персонал в ресторані і на рецепції! Смачний сніданок! В номері чисто! Чиста постіль і рушники! Номер прибирали кожного дня! В номері є все необхідне! В номері є чайник, фен! Вид на гори! Поруч гора Мармолада! На території є зона відпочинку, лежаки! Є сауна з чудовим видом на гори! Коло готелю є безкоштовна парковка!

Cons:

Під вікнами дорога, дуже шумно, багато мотоциклів, в номері немає кондиціонера, треба відкривати вікна, а коли відкриваєш вікно то не чуєш навіть свої думок, тільки звук мотоцикла! Ще один нюанс не сподобався, я прийшла в номер коли там проводили прибирання, номер мій був повністю відкритий, прибиральниць не було, їх не було навіть в коридорі, вони прибирали інший номер, в іншому кінці коридору, а в мій номер міг заходити хто завгодно! Це неприємно, адже я не можу покласти всі свої речі в сейф!
