Posizione della struttura a meno di 10 Min a piedi dal mare, nei pressi localini e ristoranti.
Stanze molto basiche con arredamento vecchio.

Posizione ottima, vicino alla spiaggia. Piccolo parcheggio, ma molto comodo.
Albergo carino, molto semplice ed economico a 2 min a piedi dalla bellissima Boccadasse.
La giovane ragazza bionda alla reception e stata molto accogliente con noi.
L’aria condizionata non è accessibile dalla camera ma comandata dalla reception, tutti i giorni alla mattina presto la spegnevano e dovevamo chiamare per farla riaccendere.
Ho letto recensioni molto critiche nei confronti di questo piccolo hotel, a mio avviso esagerate e poco giustificate. Stiamo parlando di un hotel a due stelle, che costa pochissimo (ormai con € 75 a notte nel 2026 si trova ben poco, tantomeno in Liguria a Luglio!), e seppur dotato di arredi vecchiotti, è pulitissimo, offre un parcheggio privato, personale cortese ed è pure a due minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Boccadasse e da uno dei quartierini più carini della zona... ma la gente cosa vuole di più??

La propreté, la gestion de la climatisation par le propriétaire.
La posizione e la grande gentilezza della ragazza bionda che ha fatto il check-in.
Albergo semplice ed essenziale, per una notte va benissimo.
La pulizia del bagno, wc sporco. L'albergo è semplice e datato e questo va anche bene, ma la stanza e, soprattutto bagno e sanitari, devono essere puliti.
Camera semplice ma pulita, peccato nn ci fosse neanche una bottiglia d'acqua nel frigo
Le seul point positif est que la plage est très proche et le quartier la ou se trouve la plage est très sympa et joli
Le personnel n'est pas très accueillant, ne parlons pas du veilleur de nuit qui parle a peine italien et pas anglais. A qui nous avons demandé d'éteindre la clim pour la nuit (puisque qu'il n'y a pas de commande individuel par chambre) mais qui l'a rallumer en plein milieu.
Nous avons demandé un lit 2 place, nous avons eu 2 lit une place juste collé, quel confort dis donc ! Les serviettes de bains à moitié déchirées , payer 97€ franchement ça ne les vaut pas du tout !!!!
