Once we found the hotel (the signage could be improved) the girls on reception could not have been friendlier and went out of their way to provide information.
The hotel was very clean and reasonably well insulated from external noise, sleep quality was good.
In our view this is not a traditional hotel, more a small number of rooms within a larger building, our real concern was in regard to the bathroom (which was clean) but offered very little space for comfort - I'm not the smallest of people at 6 feet but the shower cubicle was ridiculously small and steps within the bathroom potentially dangerous, quite why there was copious over-spraying (tiles, mastic, floor) with white 'paint' was 'odd'.
Not good value for money, even this close in to the centre of Rome.
A little concerned to receive 'prompts' for 'excellent' reviews, we rarely submit reviews but when asked to do so we give an honest opinion.

Localização, atendimento, limpeza, café expresso e sucos servido no balcão, limpeza, silencioso.
O quarto é bem pequeno, se tiver mala grande mal dá para abrir, o box do banheiro muito pequeno, não há café da manhã. Na verdade um hostel, um alojamento para mais jovens com pouca bagagem. Mais para quem vai passar o dia fora é só usá-lo para dormir, OK
La situation très centrale est très appréciable pour visiter la ville. Les personnes à l’accueil sont très disponibles, très professionnelles et de très bon conseil.
La literie est top et l’hôtel est très calme, notre chambre donnait sur une petite arrière cour sans aucun bruit.
Le café, lait, jus de fruits en libre accès sont très appréciables.
Il manque un petit balcon et la chambre mériterait d’être un peu plus spacieuse pour un séjour plus long (nous y avons passé 3 nuits)

Secondo me è albergo molto valido, completo di tutte le comodità essenziali in camera, con un piccolo spazio bar con macchinetta del caffè ad uso gratuito. Deposito bagagli incluso. Personale molto gentile. Pulizia buona. La cosa più interessante è sicuramente la posizione, molto centrale, a piedi si arriva ovunque, anche se appunto è una zona molto molto turistica. Consigliata se si vuole visitare bene il centro.
Forse muri, arredamento sente il peso degli anni e dello sporco. Poca insonorizzazione. Mancano tapparelle, quindi stanze non completamente buie. Il cuscino l'ho trovato scomodo, troppo duro.
Excelente serviço, limpeza e localizaçao. O staff também foi muito amigável e deu todas as informaçoes de que necessitei duranxte minha estadia. A pouca distância de pontos de interesse como a Fontana de Trevi e a Piazza di Spagna.
O quarto é pequeno, mas isso nao compromete.
