Huge room, fantastic on site dining
Pros:

Huge room. Couch and chairs included and lots of cabinet space if you were staying Long. On site restaurant and bakery were fantastic, as was breakfast the next morning

Cons:

Lights are challenging to operate. I think there was a short in the card reader

Pros:

Hotel storico sulla via principale di Vipiteno, dotato di ogni confort.
Staff gentile e disponibile, stanze ampie e tranquille, colazione superlativa. L'hotel dispone di ottimo ristorante, pizzeria e pasticceria interna.

Elegantes Hotel in wunderschöner Altstadt
Pros:

Elegantes Zimmer in bester Lage (zentral in der Altstadt). Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig mit lokalen Spezialitäten. Das Abendessen draußen im hoteleigenen Restaurant war ebenfalls lecker.

Cons:

Smartphone/Powerbank kann man nur laden, wenn die Schlüssellkarte im Zimmer eingesteckt ist.

Molto consigliato per la posizione, la cordialità e il cibo
Pros:

La stanza dove abbiamo dormito era bella, ampia e pulitissima. Asciugamani sostituiti ogni giorno. La colazione è ottima in una bella sala: ampia scelta tra vari cereali, yogurt, frutta, formaggi, uova, vari tipi di pane, buonissimi dolci lievitati, caffè, tè ecc.. La localizzazione è perfetta all'inizio del centro storico pedonale e circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. I gestori, una coppia, sono gentilissimi, sempre cordiali, sorridenti e disponibili (ci hanno aggiustato il manico della valigia). Tutto lo staff gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Purtroppo non a tutti piace dormire con il piumone pesante: ci dovrebbe essere la scelta fra piumone e lenzuola con coperte.

Cons:

la camera, era una mansarda e non era da 4 stelle. Forse andava bene per un tre stelle. La camera non era ben areata due finestre piccole a m1,60 di altezza e larghe 70 cm e alte 40 cm. senza aria condizionata era calda. su circa 23mq solo forse 8 erano ad altezza umana. In oltre l'Hotel ha cui ho chiesto la fattura non l'ha prodotta dicendo che l'avrebbe fatta dopo ma non è mai arrivata. La sauna era chiusa e non usufruibile.
