What a brilliant way to start our 2 week touring holiday of France.
Pros:

Lovely room and the food was absolutely brilliant.

Fantastic view from the bedroom.

Although we arrived after lunch had finished, they still managed to make us a plate of cold meats, cheese and salad.

De moeite om een omweg te maken voor het eten en de rust. Hooguit 10 min van A6

Un séjour charmant.
Pros:

L’emplacement, le petit village de Solutré.
La déco très finement sélectionnée. Une scénographie charmante.
Le restaurant de très grande qualité.

Cons:

L’insonorisation des chambres n’est pas des meilleures et c’est normal car il s’agit d’une maison de pays datant du XIXème siècle. Les techniques modernes de rénovation ont leurs limites.
Mais heureusement les seulement 6 chambres sont bien arrangées entre elles pour limiter la mitoyenneté.
Il n’y a que 6 chambres donc les risques de nuisances sont très diminués.

Voor de rest, alles top!
Cons:

Dat er tijdens de hittegolf/canicule geen airco was gedurende de nacht, alleen bij aankomst was de kamer aangenaam van temperatuur. We werden ‘s nachts wakker van de enorme warmte, het was niet te doen, we konden niks zelf regelen, vooral voor de hond was het heel erg zwaar. Dit vond ik echt erg, uitgerekend nu tijdens deze extreme periode!
Als er iets kapot zou zijn dan verwacht je een bericht van het hotel, niets vernomen, heel jammer!
