Decent!
Pros:

The showers and the powder room were clean and well stocked with whatever you would need.

Cons:

In my booking it said there was a private toilet, that was however not the case. They might want to have a look at changing that in the advertisement.
People were also very loud leaving their rooms early in the mornings, and since the doors aren't proper doors, there was no sound isolation.

キャビンだけど、個室として鍵もかけられ荷物も置けて、ベッドも快適！二段ではないので、天井が高く、ゆったりしている。静かだった。ウェルカムドリンクとアイスなど、ありがたかった。大小タオル、部屋着、スリッパあり。空港まで一駅なので、朝の便で発つ時は、便利

Pros:

Privacy and comfort. Things are well organized and exlplained. Location close to the airport and the monorail comes in handy. Good quality of the amenities and good condition of the shower and toilet areas.

Cons:

No matter how cautious people are, thin walls make it very noisy. Nothing that earplugs can't solve. You are not booking a cabin with a private bathroom (translation on booking.com made it seem so), but a cabin with shared bathroom facilities (which are well maintained and give you enough privacy).

Far exceeded my expectations, the rooms wereclean and quiet. Woulf definetly recommend to friends.

It was very calm, accomodating and clean.
Pros:

Perfect location, perfect for short term stay.

Cons:

The only thing I'd change if anything, is to apply proper doors instead of the paper slides so it is less noisy when someone uses it and is more soundproof.
