コスパがいい
大久保駅、新大久保駅どちらからもアクセスがいい

Cons:

古さ（壁に穴が開いているのをシールでカバーされていましたがそれも剥がれかかっている。
スリッパに貼るシート、すぐ剥がれてしまう。
一階の共有スペースが、寮のような感じでホテル感が感じられない

La posizione è ottima: dalla stazione della metro si vede la struttura ed è a soli 3 minuti a piedi. La struttura è un po’ vecchia, ma il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.
