Great location with convinience stores and train stations close by but tiny rooms
Pros:

Location was great - there are 2 metro stations in walking distance and multiple convenience stores close by. There’s also a don quixote 2 minutes walk away. The place is clean and staff are very friendly. The bed was comfy. The toilet seat was heated.

Cons:

The rooms we received were much smaller than the ones shown in photos and there was barely any place for luggage.
Electrical sockets are in inconvenient locations.

Great
Pros:

Great location, right outside Okubo station. Room was spacious and comfy. Staff was friendly, everything was clean and the price was great for Shinjuku.

Cons:

No elevator but since you only go up and down with your luggage once it was no problem for us.
You have to leave the key every time you leave the hotel probably to avoid people loosing it because it’s a physical key instead of a magnetic card but we also had no problem with that since no one entered our room and the reception was 24h opened.

Pros:

従業員の方が優しかったです。フロントが24時間有人なのが安心できました。お部屋も掃除の札を下げておくと綺麗にしてくれます。駅近で電車が多く通ったり、人通りなどもありましたが騒音などは全くしなかったので部屋の作りも頑丈で壁が厚く作られてると感じました。メイクをする方は自分で大きくて立てられる鏡を持ってきたほうがよいかもしれません。

這次住房體驗很好，很適合晚上到日本短暫住一晚！只是有2隻小飛蟲，吹風機會讓頭髮大靜電，不太好用，若會介意的人可以參考一下～
