鍵がかけられず怖かった
Pros:

ドライヤーや歯ブラシ等の備品があった事。

Cons:

ドアにロックがかけられず怖かった。
鍵の所にシールで覆われ、剥がさないでくださいと記載されていた。

ロックがかけられない状態なので、チェーンだけで過ごした。

DO NOT recommend to stay at residence hotel will shinjuku
Cons:

Poorly designed room, charging ports not conveniently accessible, bedding very hard felt like sleeping on floor, shampoo and bath soap were provided in small pouches rather than a bottle. Extremely disappointing for the price I paid.

Pros:

とにかく安価！！！東京駅からのアクセスも良好！
1万円で泊まれるホテルは本当に少ないのでありがたい！
周辺にスーパー、コンビニあり
ウォーターサーバーや自動販売機あり
チェックアウトはフロントに鍵をおいていけばよいため楽
シャンプーやボディソープが個包装
フロントの方が気さくに接してくれる

セキュリティ、周囲の治安、清潔さの面で
女性の宿泊はおすすめできません。

・大きな道路がホテルの目の前にあり、騒音が気になる
・客室のドライヤーを使おうとすると埃だらけだった
→巾着に入れるもしくは机の引き出しに入ってるといいのではと思いました
・水回りの清潔感がやや気になる
・鍵が昔のアパートのチェーンのようなもののみでセキュリティが不安
・部屋のあちこちに小さい穴？が空いていている（被害妄想に過ぎないが隠しカメラではないかと疑ってしまう）
・窓を閉めているのにコバエや蚊がいる
・蛇口を閉めてもチョロチョロとたまに水が出てくる

外国人のスタッフさんだったけど日本語上手で親切でした。

Cons:

浴室にジャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープが無かったのと浴槽がザラザラしていたのが残念でした。

Pros:

昨今の宿泊費を考えると、お得感はあった。

Cons:

Wi-Fiは使えるようになっていたが、電波があまり強くなく、満足のいく速度が出ていなかった。（ノートPCでインターネットに繋げた時、レスポンスが悪く、スマホの4G回線にWi-Fiテザリングで繋げた方がずっと快適だった。）
