Bardzo dogodne położenie hotelu, przy dworcu, centrum handlowym i sklepach z pysznym jedzeniem. Bardzo blisko do zamku w Odowara oraz do oceanu. Pokój - czysty, dość duży, łóżko Bardzo wygodne, w łazience niezbędne kosmetyki. Śniadania pyszne. Personel uprzejmy i fachowy. W hotelu można skorzystać z masażu albo gorącej kąpieli. Taras widokowy z pięknym widokiem na miasto. Naprawdę polecam ten hotel.

Good once the desk clerks translated instructions.
Pros:

Location by the train station but without the train noise.
Food was very good quality.

Cons:

There wasn’t instructions in English on how to turn on the air conditioning or how to flush the toilet.

Pros:

You can reach the hotel from the train station directly, if you are able to find the signs.

Cons:

A very big disadvantage - Poor internet connection - most of the time not working
- difficult to find from the street so follow better the signs on the train station. What seems to be difficult to find is also the best of the hotel

Pros:

新しくてきれい。小田原駅直結で便利。

Cons:

大浴場、脱衣所がキャパに対してやや狭いのかな？と思いました。GWだったので、まだ夕ご飯の時間帯でも脱衣所が混み合っていました。
