It was a comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel building is right next, and annexed with corridor, to the rail and bus stations, very convenient for traffic connection. Clean and comfortable room, delicious breakfast on 14th floor with a stunning window view, and public bath. Friendly and helpful staff also made my stay pleasant.

Cons:

Wi-Fi connection in room is instable and sometimes weak.

Pros:

何度も行っているので、スタッフの方の対応がよかったです。
相変わらず朝食は美味しいし、また利用したいです。
タオルもふかふかでした

Cons:

貸切風呂が　ちょっと熱かった
差し湯とあったのでしてみたら、最初はぬるかったのでほっとしていましたが、だんだん熱くなり　水を足せるようにしてもらえると　良いかと思いました

Onsen. Breakfast with local food.

Cons:

Polyester pyjamas - uncomfortable. Please give us real green tea instead of powder. Better pillows - neck pain after sleeping on your pillows. Very hard to find checkin counter.

朝食は良かった
温泉も良かったが、着替える場所が狭かったのが残念
パジャマも良かったが、部屋キーカードを入れるポケットがあると良かった

Cons:

駅に直結のはずなのに、部屋まで遠く感じた(今回、年配の人がいた)
エレベーターの待ち時間が酷かった。特に夕方。客室専用のエレベータの方は快適だった

Super nice hotel with excellent breakfast and location
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay in this super nice hotel, breakfast was excellent and diverse and the floor it is served on is an attraction by itself, it's the top floor that offers wonderful views plus a hot tub for your feet

It was a comfortable short stay.
Pros:

They had a really amazing breakfast. It was well located close to trains and restaurants and grocery stores.

Cons:

The services were a little lacking. The staff weren't able to speak English very well and I couldn't send my bags from the hotel as they didn't have any forms. They used a second party digital system that required a complex process of downloading an app which my friend phone didn't like. That was a bit disappointing as we had been able toove the bags with our previous hotels.

Pros:

駅に併設。施設内は綺麗です。値段とあわせて、総合評価として素晴らしいと思いました。

Cons:

大浴場は大きくないです。時間帯にも寄るかもですが、かけ流しではなかったです。
