Super nice hotel with excellent breakfast and location
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay in this super nice hotel, breakfast was excellent and diverse and the floor it is served on is an attraction by itself, it's the top floor that offers wonderful views plus a hot tub for your feet

It was a comfortable short stay.
Pros:

They had a really amazing breakfast. It was well located close to trains and restaurants and grocery stores.

Cons:

The services were a little lacking. The staff weren't able to speak English very well and I couldn't send my bags from the hotel as they didn't have any forms. They used a second party digital system that required a complex process of downloading an app which my friend phone didn't like. That was a bit disappointing as we had been able toove the bags with our previous hotels.

次に再利用したいホテル。
Pros:

駅に併設。施設内は綺麗です。値段とあわせて、総合評価として素晴らしいと思いました。

Cons:

大浴場は大きくないです。時間帯にも寄るかもですが、かけ流しではなかったです。

Tolle Lage eines tollen Hotels. Das finden des Hotels erfordert etwas aintelligrnz und Einsatz. Geht aber
Pros:

Toller ocean view. Hervorragendes Frühstück und liebe Aufmerksamkeit anlässlich des Geburtstages meiner Frau. Prima Zimmer.
Nettes Personal. Ideale Lage im Bahnhof

Cons:

Der Weg bis man es gefunden hatte. Es ging mit der Beschreibung aber ein paar kleine Hinweisschilder würde es erheblich vereinfachen

総合的には良かったです。また小田原に行くことがあれば泊まりたいです。

小田原駅から直通(少しややこしいですが)

エレベーターが少ないのと、他の商業施設もビル内に入っているせいか、エレベーターの待ち時間が長い

Pros:

Pokój bardzo duży, z pięknym widokiem na miasto i morze. Czajnik i lodówka w pokoju. Łazienka czysta. Personel bardzo sympatyczny i przemiły. Śniadanie na ostatnim pietrze z pięknym widokiem. Lokalizacja super blisko stacji kolejowej. Na plaże pieszo 10/15min.

Cons:

Zabrakło śniadań kontynentalnych, sama kuchnia japońska. W pokoju klimatyzacja oraz oczyszczacz powietrza, niestety pokój bardzo szybko się nagrzewa i jest duszno a z racji wysokiego pietra nie ma możliwości otwarcia okna, przez co klimatyzacja chodzi non stop.

Pros:

"Our stay at Tenseien Odawara Station Annex was very good. The hotel is conveniently located right inside the station complex. At first, navigating our way there felt like a bit of a maze, but after a couple of tries, the route became easy to figure out. While the facilities were excellent, the room size was a bit small for three people. I think this hotel is best suited for solo travelers, couples, or business travelers."

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour Odawara entre Hakone et Tokyo.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, parfait pour un trajet prévu tôt en Shinkansen.
La chambre est assez grande, calme et correctement équipée.
Bon petit déjeuner bien variés avec une très belle vue.

Cons:

La chambre était vieillotte et nous n’avons pas trouvé le lit et l’oreiller confortables.
