Pros:

Localização excelente para quem está passando pela rodovia. Limpeza, atendimento, organização.

Cons:

Me hospedei no apto 30, e abaixo da janela havia muitos motores que funcionaram a noite toda, atrapalhando um pouco o descanso.

Me ajuda muito quando desço a Florianópolis.
Pros:

Da localização, de ter o posto de gasolina no mesmo lugar, da acústica - pois apesar de estar numa estrada não se ouve nada, do chuveiro.

Cons:

Acho um desperdício não ter um bom buffet de café da manhã no restaurante/lanchonete anexo ao posto de gasolina. O café da manhã da lanchonete fica uma fila imensa e a logística para entrega dos lanches faz a operação ser lenta em horas de pico (tipo 7-10 da manhã). Sei que não faz parte do hotel, mas os 4 estabelecimentos do local se beneficiam entre si.
