Heel aangenaam hotel met hartelijk personeel
Pros:

Supervriendelijk, hartelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Heel lekkere keuken met dagelijks een suggestie.
Uitgebreid ontbijt, mogelijkheid om een afzonderlijke eierbereiding te vragen.
Rustige ligging.
Voldoende koele kamers.
Aangenaam en goed onderhouden zwembad.

Cons:

Ingewikkelde weg om erheen te rijden.
Zeer ongemakkelijke trap om naar de eerste verdieping te gaan.

Amazing views
Pros:

The views are stunning, it’s so quiet and peaceful. We stayed in room 403 which had spectacular views towards the coast and mountains. Future guests should be aware that the balcony on this room has a walled edge rather than railings, so when you sat down, the wall blocked all of the view.

The staff are lovely and want to make your stay great.
There has been a landslide recently preventing cars from driving up to the hotel, so they arranged a golf buggy to collect us and our luggage from Savoca village square and bring us up to the hotel. Most appreciated! Note: the golf buggy service starts at 8am and finishes at 8pm. As we needed to leave before 8am, we had to take the bulk of our luggage to the car the night before departure, and then walk down the hill (10-15mins) with hand luggage to the car in the morning.
The food in the restaurant was very good.

Cons:

We stayed in room 403 which had a problem with the air conditioning. The staff tried to fix it but with limited success. We were offered an alternate room, but everyone else in our group had the same problem so I couldn’t be confident that changing rooms would be any better. Unfortunately we didn’t sleep well because of the heat.
The pool is lovely but located down very steep steps and has very little shade / umbrellas. Drinks service is limited to when the bar tender comes down from the hotel.

A wonderful place to stay in Savoca away from the crowds.
Pros:

The setting is outstanding. We had a lovely room with a view over the hills. The staff were the friendliest we have ever met in a hotel. The restaurant is very good and dining outside with the view was wonderful.

Cons:

The swimming pool was disappointing. The pool itself was good but the area around the pool was not well maintained.

We can’t say enough about the staff! Everyone there went the extra mile to make sure we felt right at home. And the ristorante cuisine was incredible!

Pros:

Tolles Hotel an einem aussergewöhnlichen Ort. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Die Zufahrt ist kein Problem, da wir am zentralen Parkplatz abgeholt worden sind. Sehr gutes Restaurant. Die ganze Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär.

Als Gäste sind wir gekommen, als Freunde sind wir gegangen

Ein spektakulärer Ort mit einem außergewöhnlichen Hotel. Sehr nettes, aufmerksames Personal mit sehr persönlicher Betreuung. Das Restaurant war ebenfalls fantastisch. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Beautiful property with breathtaking views of the surrounding land and coastline.
Pros:

Celebrating my wife’s birthday at this resort was truly unforgettable. The views from our room were breathtaking, and every member of the staff made us feel like part of their family. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the onsite restaurant impressed us with nightly dinner specials that were as creative as they were flavorful. Everything that came out of the kitchen was exceptional. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate.

Cons:

Our only regret was not staying longer than two nights. This place was great!
