Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es war alles vorhanden. Die Brotauswahl war ausgezeichnet.
Die Verpflegung am Abend war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Man konnte aus der Karte eine gute Auswahl treffen. Gesamtes Menü war nicht immer notwendig.

Lage sehr ruhig, da ausserhalb Ortsmitte, ruhige Zimmer
Frühstück gut, wenn auch nicht "bio",
Halbpension (Abendessen) außergewöhnlich und auf Sterne-Küchen-Niveau
Innenpool großzügig

Wir wollen unbedingt wieder kommen!
Pros:

Das Gesamtpackage! Alle waren sehr bemüht unseren Aufenthalt besonders zu machen;

Cons:

Wenn überhaupt etwas, dann fehlte eine Abtropftasse f. die Schuhe - bei Regen gäbe es viel Schmutz im Zimmer; mehr Haken f. Handtücher im Bad wären super f. 4 Personen

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Weingut
Pros:

Das Hotel und die Anlage befinden sich inmitten der Weinberge und dennoch ist das Zentrum von St. Michael nur wenige Geh Minuten entfernt. Historisches Gebäude mit modernen Aktzenten.
Großer und schöner SPA Bereich und sehr raffinierte Küche mit großer Wein Karte!

Cons:

Beim Frühstück mehr Auswahl von veganen Gerichten und Matcha.
Mehr E-Auto Lade Säulen.

Südtirol auf höchster Qualitätsstufe
Pros:

Tolles Hotel, bodenständig und doch modern. Äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter / Familienmitglieder. Ausstattung und Wellnessbereich sehr schön, jedes Abendessen ein Genuss.

Kann ich Freunden nicht empfehlen .
Pros:

Sensationell gutes Essen, alles mängelfrei sauber.

Cons:

Schlechter Service, unpersönlich, Zimmer in Nebengebäude und Wellness abseits vom Hotel. Bar zu klein und nur für ein paar Leute, für das Frühstück muss man viel Geduld mitbringen. Alles dauert ewig, mehr als ein Satz Besteck wird anstrengend, es gibt auch keinen frischen Löffel bei einem neuen Kaffee. Löffel gibt es auch nicht zum Joghurt, wie gesagt: nur 1 Satz. Preis-Leistung passt hier nicht.
