Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was extensive, with plenty of choice, and the coffee was delicious. We really appreciated the warm and welcoming service.

Cons:

The room felt a little dated, and in our opinion, the bathroom could also benefit from some updating or renovation. Unfortunately, there was no baby cot available at the hotel, which meant our baby had to sleep in our bed. It would be great if baby cots could be made available for families travelling with young children.

Pros:

Ottima colazione molto fornita e deliziosa sono anche rimasta sorpresa della pulizia delle camere che veniva effettuata tutti i giorni meticolosamente. Ci hanno fornita anche una bellissima stanza vista giardino con divanetti e tavolino fuori ottimi per giocare a carte la sera. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci ritorneró e lo consiglio

Forse l'unica pecca è la posizione e la salita da fare con la macchina ma nulla di grave

Pros:

Struttura ben tenuta, camere grandi e bagni moderni.
Colazione buona e con molta scelta.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
Posizione comoda per le spiagge intorno a Portoferraio, Porto azzurro e rio Marina.
Ha superato decisamente le aspettative.
Assolutamente hotel di riferimento.

Cons:

Se devo trovare una pecca, allungherei gli orari della colazione anticipando leggermente all'apertura e posticipando la chiusura
