Sicuramente la struttura potrebbe anche essere gradevole. Nel nostro caso non abbiamo potuto giudicare in quanto ricollocato in un appartamento esterno (pessimo per il prezzo pagato)
A causa di problemi di prenotazione siamo stati ricollocati, con un solo giorno di preaviso, in una struttura esterna a 300 metri dall'hotel. Nonostante ci fosse stata presentata come una soluzione migliorativa rispetto alle due camere doppie prenotate, la realtà è stata ben diversa: un appartamento con infissi datati, un bagno piccolo e una caldaia malfunzionante che ci ha impedito di fare la doccia. Inoltre, la posizione sopra alcuni locali con musica alta ha reso impossibile dormire fino a notte fonda.
Abbiamo anche cenato presso il ristorante dell'albergo: cibo discreto, ma prezzi esorbitanti e poco trasparenti. Per due primi per adulti, due paste al pomodoro per i bambini, un secondo di seppie condiviso e del prosecco della casa, il conto è stato di 140 €. Considerando che i piatti scelti dalla carta non superavano i 20 €,ci chiediamo sulla base di cose sia stato calcolato il conto (non fornitoci, ma comunicato a voce alla cassiera).
Pagare 250 €di soggiorno + 140 € di ristorante a notte per un servizio simile, senza nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua di benvenuto, è inaccettabile. Al mattino ho segnalato i disguidi, ma la reazione dello staff è stata tra lo scocciato e il disinteressato. Una delle peggiori esperienze di soggiorno in rapporto al prezzo pagato.

The people are very kind, friendly. The dinner was wonderful, the waiters were very kind as were the owners. The room was very comfortable, the villa itself is kind of like a home, you don't feel like you're in a hotel or somewhere. We felt like we were at home.
Ottima posizione, essendo una villa del XVIII SECOLO è stata mantenuta la bellezza e la particolarità della villa, stanze adeguate e fornite di ogni gadget, pulizia accurata, ristorante da provare, ottimi piatti ovvio non è una trattoria.
È una situazione ottima per chi vuole classe unicità e tranquillità, complimenti

Super tolle Lage am Brenta Kanal. Elegante Villa mit charmanter Einrichtung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist authentisch italienisch (süß) mit sehr gutem Kaffee. Großartiges Restaurant!
Small cosy hotel with beautiful views of the river.
Unfortunately no lift , had to carry cases up stairs and traffic was noisy. But as I already knew the location it wasn’t really a problem. And it is an old building so wouldn’t have a lift.
Siamo stati ospitati nella piccola depandance dove erano presenti due delle numerose stanze dell'hotel. La nostra stanza era molto accogliente, con le travi a vista, arredo elegante e di classe. Ci è piaciuta molto la colazione dolce e anche salata (era presente anche l'angolo di cibi per celiaci e intolleranti al lattosio). Veramente comodo il parcheggio e posizione ottima per visitare il centro. Abbiamo mangiato nel loro ristorante ed era tutto squisito oltre che essere un luogo molto raffinato.
