En wat verouderd hotel, maar dat wordt ruimschoots goedgemaakt met goede bedden, prima zorg van eigenaar en goed (Italiaans) ontbijt.

Pros:

Hotel nel pieno centro di Bussolengo. Con parcheggio privato, pulito e silenzioso. Stanza spaziosa, attrezzata con frigo, aria condizionata e bagno spazioso.

Cons:

La colazione a buffet era un po misera , non c'era il salato e anche la scelta del dolce era scarna. Si sono giustificati dicendo che c'erano pochi ospiti, ma se pubblicizzi un servizio deve essere tale sia con l'albergo pieno che anche solo per una persona.

Chiedo scusa ma devo essere sincero. Il personale non risponde alle comunicazioni su booking e nonostante fosse stato avvisato che l'ospite sarebbe arrivato alle 23 circa non hanno neanche aspettato o richiamato per sapere se stesse arrivando. Conclusione un'ora per chiamare il numero di emergenza e quando finalmente vai in camera, trovi la camera occupata da un'altra persona.ai vista tanta disorganizzazione per un albergo a 3 stelle.
