Vacanza col sorriso: bravi, bravissimi!
Pros:

La gentilezza e la disponibilità di Heidi e sorella, del "comandante" Goffredo e delle ragazze che si alternano a soddisfare col sorriso ogni richiesta e necessità è l'elemento rimasto più impresso e che ha accompagnato tutta la vacanza.
Unica pecca: manca il bidet nei bagni. Ma capisco che possa dipendere anche dalle abitudini. In ogni caso la doccia, con il suo meccanismo di miscela dell'acqua funzionante alla perfezione, ha risolto egregiamente il problema.

Molto più di un hotel a 2 stelle
Pros:

Hotel posizionato in un paesino che domina la vallata. Cibo ottimo, vario e ben curato. Personale sempre attento e molto gentile. Camera di dimensioni adeguate, con terrazzo e vista incantevole. Spazi comuni confortevoli. Dintorni tranquilli e silenziosi.

Cons:

Presente un mezzo pubblico per raggiungere l'albergo collegato col paese di San Lorenzo di Sebato, ma con poche corse giornaliere. Nel bagno della camera non presente il bidet.

Sicuramente lo staff è disponibile
La colazione buona e abbondante
La posizione è molto tranquilla

Cons:

Alcune pecche caratterizzano la struttura.
I balconi sono in comune con altre stanze e la privacy è inesistente.
La cena è fissa su un primo e un secondo più un dolce, senza un'alternativa scritta da poter scegliere.
In bagno non è disponibile un asciugamano per il lavandino.

La struttura è immersa nella natura, al punto tale che sembra di essere catapultati tra i monti e i pascoli di Heidi. Ottimi il cibo e la cordialità di tutto lo staff.

Ein herzliches Hotel, mit tollen Ausblick und super freundlichen Personal
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit, der Chef hat immer ein kleines Gespräch für seine Gäste, er ist ein herzlicher Mensch aber auch das Team überzeugt mit so einer freundlichen Art, man fühlt sich direkt wohl und heimisch.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend, das Abendessen war ebenfalls sehr gut, ich hätte mir nur eine Auswahl gewünscht.
Dafür möchten wir uns bedanken

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im alten Gebäude, leider fehlt im Zimmer mehr Licht, es ist wirklich alles sehr dunkel und was auch noch blöd ist, wir hatten den Zugang zum Gemeinschaftsbalkon, das heißt es waren häufig Raucher am Balkon, wir konnten deshalb leider keine Balkontür offen lassen, da der Rauch dann ins Zimmer zieht.

Pros:

Soggiorno perfetto, tutti super disponibili e gentili, abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione ( che consiglio assolutamente) con rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.
