Very clean and welcoming. Ivan at reception made our stay amazing, he was so kind and went above and beyond for us
We spent a wonderful 2 days at this hotel, which has a perfect location right in the city center. Huge compliments to all the staff for their kindness and professionalism. Since my sister was celebrating her birthday during our stay, the kitchen team spoiled us even more—the dinner was absolutely superb, and their effort truly shined through. Thank you for making it a beautiful memory, we will definitely be back!
Location and spa were great.
Rooms were dated, small and not well kept. The shower cubicle was very small and had no place to keep soaps. Staff at the restaurant is rude and arrogant.

Emplacement tres bon petit dejeuner panier repas si on se leve tot. Tres belle region. La ptres grande majorite du personnel souriant et top. Parking tres bien. Parapluie a disposition qui a ete utile suite orage. Petit verre d accueil apprecie mais pas de possibilte de choisir
Baignoire on aurait prefere douche. Le spa pensez a reserver pas tout seul. Pensez a mettre un ventilateur car il fait chaud dans les chambres et si fenetre ouverte peut etre bruyant.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Cortina, making it easy to explore the town and enjoy everything the area has to offer.
What really made our stay special was the exceptional service from Ivan. We arrived at 2am due to a delayed flight, and he went above and beyond by making us a delicious ham and cheese toastie when we arrived. The following morning, he kindly prepared us a coffee, which was a lovely start to the day.
As we had an early departure, Ivan also organised a breakfast for us to take away, which was incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated. His kindness, attentiveness and willingness to help made a huge difference to our experience.
Thank you to Ivan and the team for such a warm welcome and fantastic hospitality. We would happily stay here again when visiting Cortina.
