Great stay with a small bump.
Pros:

Great location, ckose to downtown, very clean, excellent breakfast. Very nice people at the front desk and at the bar.

Cons:

The dynamic between the evening waiters was a bit off and one bordered on being rude which made the evening somewhat uncomfortable. But otherwise great food.
The bartender on the other side , Mario, was amazing, friendly and helpful.

Szuper helyen, szuper szálloda.
Pros:

A szálloda tradicionális igazi olasz hegyi szálloda, nagyon jó helyen. Közel a város főutcájához.
A parkolás rendben megoldott, a legfelső szinten voltunk, egy kis ablakunk volt csak, de így is nagyon barátságos és élhető kis szobánk volt,napi többszöri takarítással.Külön köszönet a takarító staffnak!
A reggeli ízletes és választékos volt,igazi jó olasz kávéval. Személyzet hozta azt amit elvársz tőlük, rendben voltak.
Újra itt fogunk megszállni, ha erre járunk, nagyon ajánlott.

Perfect location; my wife and I enjoyed our stay very much.
Pros:

The hotel was situated nice and close to the main area of Cortina. Access in and out of Cortina was easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast.

他の口コミにもあるように、朝食時の一部のスタッフは無愛想な印象でした。空いているのに、新たに来た客に対して飲み物の提供を聞かず、片付けばかりしているのは四つ星ホテルのイメージとは異なります（客自身で使えるコーヒーサーバーはありません）。また、部屋の保冷庫は非常に冷却効果が弱く、冷蔵庫にしてもらえたらより快適に過ごせたかと思います。
