호텔의 신용카드 취소거부
Pros:

방, 욕실의 온도를 내가 조절할 수 있다.
위치, 전망이 좋다.

Cons:

평생 처음 겪는 신용카드 매출취소 거부로 이 호텔은 0점을 주고 싶다. 레스토랑에서 주문하지도 않은 물이 계산서에 들어가 있었으며, 20%할인 쿠폰도 반영되지 않아, 이 점을 지적하고 새로운 영수증을 받았다. 지난 40여년간 세계 어느 나라 호텔에서도 겪은 적이 없는 일이다. 체크아웃시 룸차지를 신용카드로 결제하고 코르티나를 떠나고 나서야, 새로운 계산서가 아닌 그 전에 발급된 잘못된 계산서에 의한 결제가 되었다는 것을 발견했다. 호텔에 메일을 보냈으나, 계속 은행 또는 Revolut 계좌로 돈을 보내겠다고 했다. 스트레스를 겪고 시간 낭비한 손님이 왜 은행으로 돈을 받아 금전적 손해를 봐야하나? 없는 Revolut 계좌를 만들면서 시간 낭비하고 내 개인정보를 또 제 3자에게 제공하고 싶지 않아 신용카드 매출취소를 요구했으나, 자신들의 잘못은 인정하면서도 매출취소는 거부했다. 10.5유로 밖에 되지 않는 돈이라, 없어도 괜찮지만, 이 호텔의 행태가 괘씸하여, 카드사에 분쟁조정을 신청했다. 덕분에 호텔과 코르티나의 이미지는 완전히 망가졌다. 코르티나에서 어떻게 올림픽을 치렀는지 의문이다. 이태리에선 영수증을 꼼꼼히 살펴보라.

Hotel muito bom!
Pros:

Hotel é lindo, pessoas que atendem no café da manhã, jantar e recepção à noite muito atenciosas. Localização excelente, com estacionamento incluído. Café da manhã muito bom também. Muito bacana o desconto de 20% para o primeiro jantar, com duas taças de espumante incluída.

Cons:

Não gostamos do boxe no banheiro e do chuveiro, era do tipo móvel, que regula, sem ser fixo na parede ou teto, o que não é tão confortável. Porta do boxe era um tipo de sanfona de acrílico, para fechar a banheira. Mas o que realmente não gostamos foi o horário do checkout, 10h da manha, sendo que o próprio café da manhã encerra às 10h. 11h é bastante comum, mas 10h reduz o conformo, exige pressa na hora de ir embora e necessidade de antecipar o café da manhã.

Localização excelente. SPA excelente e incluso. Estacionamento muito bom.

Cons:

Tivemos um episódio no restaurante do hotel, no qual o encarregado colocou mais itens na conta. Depois de mostrarmos o mesmo corrigiu, porém ainda continha erros e na hora do check-out gerou stress para corrigi-los novamente, gerando desconfiança para com o staff do hotel (o encarregado em especial). Os quartos poderiam estar mais limpos, e alguns dos colaboradores da recepção eram rudes/frios. Poderiam colocar uma máquina de café no café da manhã, pois precisa de atendimento que às vezes demora.

Excelente experiencia
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta para llegar en auto, dejarlo en su parking gratuito, y llegar caminando en 100 metros al pleno centro de Cortina.
El hotel es hermoso: cuando las 4 estrellas coinciden con la calidez, el buen gusto, la infraestructura y la experiencia integral.
Estabamos en la habitacion mas pequeña (cozy attic) y aun asi es super comoda, y como su nombre lo indica, acogedora. Desde la ventana se veian los alpes nevados. La limpieza y la blanqueria impecables. Buenos amenities: produtos de tocador de buena calidad, chinelas, sobres de café y té. Buen espacio de guardado. Suficientes tomacorrientes, Buen Wifi.
El desayuno buffet un capitulo aparte: excelente en variedad y calidad! Pasteleria tipica de la zona, quesos excelentes, yogures, huevos revueltos, salchichas, paceta, el café servido expreso en el momento.

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff. Relaxing spa area and amazing breakfast. Great views.
Pros:

Charming old hotel 5 mins walk from the centre of Cortina. Super breakfast, lovely staff that made you feel welcome. Wonderful view from our room and the spa area was really a treat.

Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location with only a few minutes walk to the town center. The rooms are old and a little small, but that is some of the charm of the hotel. Our view of the mountains was spectacular. The hotel restaurant was excellent both for breakfast and dinner.
