I would happily stay at Hotel Lucerna again if I ever get back to Italy.
Pros:

Arriving by bus, the hotel is easy to locate and is conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, sights and shopping. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the continental breakfast was among the best I've had. We enjoyed the art located throughout the hotel.

Cons:

The bed was a bit hard.

Mooi, boeiend hotel bij oude stad; met alles wat je nodig hebt. Prima.
Pros:

Aan begin van oude centrum gelegen; leuk hotel annex kunstgalerij. Behulpzaam en vriendelijke medewerkers: top. Kamer is basic maar goede kwaliteit en schoon. Koffie-thee voorziening ontbrak maar werd op verzoek meteen voorzien. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en goed. Parkeren op speciale veilige P-plaats van aantal hotels samen, op kwartier lopen.

Cons:

Bij hotel maar enkele plaatsen en smalle doorgang, moeilijk inparkeren.

Pros:

Ottima la posizione e la colazione. Lo staff è veramente molto disponibile, professionale e cordialissimo, il valore aggiunto della struttura, che di per sé è ristrutturata da poco, quindi in ottime condizioni. Il costo non è a buon mercato per il numero di stelle, ma è adeguato ai prezzi della zona. Il parcheggio è utilissimo.

Gute Lage nahe am Zentrum und zum Meer, Parkplatz im Hinterhof. Sehr modernes Haus, schöne Inneneinrichtung. Restaurants gleich um die Ecke, zum Meer 10 Minuten zum laufen. Sauber und Modern. Wollten nur 1 Nacht, haben verlängert. Gutes Frühstück, gemütlicher Frühstücksraum. Jederzeit wieder.

TOP Lage, direkt an der Fußgängerzone, Eingangsbereich sehr stimmig gestaltet

Cons:

Matratze und Bett haben mich an ein Gefängnisbett erinnert: Metallgestell mit einer butterweichen Matratze. Ein Albtraum! Klimaanlage funktioniert nur, wenn das Fenster geschlossen ist, dafür fehlt aber jegliche Info dazu an der AC selbst oder einer Gästeinfomappe. Learning by doing!
Einige Mitarbeiter nur bedingt freundlich! Ich bin auf Fahrradreise in entsprechender Ausrüstung unterwegs und die Dame beim Check-out meinte wohl, mich dadurch geringschätziger beurteilen zu können, als wenn ich einen Anzug getragen hätte.

Pros:

Struttura bellissima e curata in ogni dettaglio. Abbiamo soggiornato io e il mio compagno in una stanza economy ed era veramente pulita e comoda nonostante fosse più piccola delle altre. Un grazie a tutto lo staff. Tutti molto gentili ad iniziare dalla proprietaria e a tutte le donne della prima colazione e delle pulizie. ❤️

Vacanza piacevole e rilassante
Pros:

Struttura molto ordinata e pulita, staff cortese e sollecito, ottima colazione. Belli i quadri, la passione per l'arte della proprietà è evidente.

Cons:

La mancanza dell'ascensore. L'area di parcheggio è una comodità non da poco, ma lo spazio non è molto, com'è accaduto a me può succedere di trovare l'auto leggermente toccata.
