Pros:

Es gab eine Klimaanlage, die Betten waren bequem und das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Der Kaffee war gut, das Buffet war in Ordnung mit Luft nach oben.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war zum Hinterhof, man wurde ständig geweckt, da Gasflaschen in den Container geworfen wurden. Egal ob früh morgens oder spät in der Nacht. Schön wäre ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Die Dusche war ziemlich eng und der Schrank viel auseinander.

We were very happy to stay at Hotel Garden for a night. Everything was wonderful.

In fact, I would especially like to mention the kindness and flexibility of the reception staff. Our plans changed at the last minute, and instead of arriving with two children, we unexpectedly arrived with three. Despite this, the hotel kindly provided an extra bed and accommodated us without any issues, for which we are very grateful.

The rooms are nice, clean, and well maintained. While they may not be the newest, everything is very tidy, comfortable, and pleasant.

The view from the restaurant is beautiful, making breakfast with a view of Lake Garda a truly enjoyable experience.

The location is also excellent. It is convenient for walks with small children, close to the beach, and within easy walking distance of both the town center and the ferry terminal.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. I would also like to express my sincere thanks for the understanding, care, and kindness shown to us and our particular situation.

Pros:

Punti di forza parcheggio gratuito, piscina e receptionist molto accogliente e disponibile a dare informazioni. Cameriere ai piani veloci, non ti mettevano fretta e buona pulizia delle camere.

Cons:

Niente bidet, la colazione non mi è piaciuta, anche se abbastanza fornita, ma per il caffè, cappuccino c'era una macchinetta self service, lo yogurt non era nel vasetto ma in una ciotola, la stessa cosa vale per il latte "fresco" era in una caraffa senza nessuna etichetta e info. In più il cameriere mi ha portato via la tazza che dovevo ancora finire.

Smelling hotel
Pros:

To clean the rooms they are using product what smells horrible! It wasn’t possible to stay on room. Also the wall to wall carpet was old and dirty. With the astma staying on the hotel is difficult. Stuff was really friendly and nice.

Cons:

Horrible and strong smelling cleaning products spoils hole stay.
