Great location but lots to improve.
Pros:

Location was the main positive factor. Although the last bit of the road was bad, the drive is good.

Cons:

The room I booked was given to someone else and luckily there was a spare room on the second floor for me. It was spacious and clean. Check in was not very pleasant.

Schönes Hotel, wenn man es in der Früh nicht eilig hat.

Die Anlage war schön begrünt und ist ruhig gelegen. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Personal war freundlich
Gut mit Tuktuk zu erreichen, großer Parkplatz.

Cons:

Das Frühstück wurde von auswärts geholt und wenn Andere um 8 Uhr das Frühstück gebucht haben, konnte man nur mehr um 8:30 essen, vor 8 Uhr war nicht möglich, weil es ihnen zu früh war. Dadurch hat sich unsere ganze Tagesplanung verschoben. Für warmes Wasser mußte man den Wasserhahn verwenden, welcher mit "Don't use this tap" gekennzeichnet war ...

Left stranded on the road despite a confirmed booking.
Pros:

Absolute worst experience I have ever had across more than 100 bookings on Booking.com. Despite having a confirmed, non-refundable reservation, the owner gave our cabana room away to someone else—likely for a higher price due to it being a busy day. This completely ruined our trip and left us stranded on the road.
When confronted, the owner was incredibly rude and dismissive. His exact response to what he could do to fix the situation was, "I cannot build more rooms now." Avoid this place at all costs. Unreliable management and terrible customer service.

Worst experience ever
Pros:

Staff is somewhat friendly

I was stayed in Lily, there were no
Body wash, shampoo or anything to even wash the hands, no table or mirror in the room. Only one side table is available but all the lockers were broken. The staircase is not in a good condition too. The room is not up to the standard and not worthy.
I happen to visit to the kitchen and it was very filthy.
Our package included the breakfast and the curries were not adequate to the portion.

Okay for the location...
Pros:

The location was excellent, very close to tye Tissa Wewa. The garden was very welcoming.

Cons:

Accessibility with public transport was not ideal. Although the hotel was in a quiet place, the birds nesting above the ceiling in the room were noisy and were active through the day, even at 4 am! The amenities for tea/coffee making were not available (only a kettle provided), and only a small piece of soap was provided. The lint from the towels were sticking to everything after a wash. They should have been washed prior to supply. The breakfast was mediocre and was not freshly prepared.

Bijzondere locatie middenin de natuur
Pros:

Hele mooie plek middenin de natuur. We zijn heel vriendelijk onthaald door Pressa, hele vriendelijke mensen zijn er. Ze willen alles wel voor je doen. Mooie ruime kamers en prima ontbijt. Houd er wel rekening mee dat het laatste stuk weg onverhard en donker is. Onze tuktuk had op sommige plaatsen even een uitdaging. Ook als je 's avonds naar het centrum cq een restaurant wilt: neem een zaklamp mee, of laad je telefoon goed op zodat je de zaklamp kunt gebruiken want het onverharde wegdeel waar je langs moet is niet verlicht. Ook zijn de bedden wat hard. Laat geen spullen op je balkon, er zitten ook apen en ze komen op je balkon, heel bijzonder! Overall een prima accomodatie!

Cons:

Verlichting onverharde weg, bedden kunnen wat zachter en elke dag standaard een schone handdoek en schoonmaak zou mooi zijn. Is nu ook gebeurd hoor, maar we moesten er wel zelf om vragen.
