the location is very convenient, very quiet but also close to the beach and main cafes/restaurants. the bed was comfortable.
there was not hot water in the shower. the first morning breakfast was supposed to start at 7.30am but at 7.30 nothing was actually ready and we had to wait until 7.45 to have it ready, and we needed to leave at 8.00 to go diving. the pool was really dirty. the rooms were not cleaned at all and there were a lot of animals in the room, such as gekos and even a frog.
I think it would be okay if we paid 10€ each to stay there, but for what you pay it’s really not worth it. go somewhere else.
L'accoglienza del personale è stata eccezionale, abbiamo prenotato con loro due tour (pigeon island e delfini e balene), con spostamenti inclusi, e non potevano andare meglio di così.
Posizione strategica in quanto a due passi dal mare e dai ristoranti.
Il personale ha sempre cercato di venire in contro alle nostre richieste.. Ma..
La stanza non è pulitissima, una volta entrati ci siamo fatti cambiare subito le lenzuola per macchie marroni e gialle sospette, anche il lenzuolo di ricambio era sporco, al terzo tentativo siamo andati bene.
Fuori dalla camera avevamo una bella popolazione di formiche rosse, dentro la camera, nel bagno, abbiamo prima avuto le formiche e successivamente una ranocchia che usciva da dietro al gabinetto.
Ci può anche stare essendo in mezzo alla natura, però le notti non sono state troppo tranquille.
La piscina è sporca, la colazione è limitata ma fattibile.
Ultima pecca, in tre giorni non ha mai funzionato il POS e siamo stati costretti a pagare tutto in contanti.

Очень красивый, уютный и просто утопающий в зелени отель! Территория отеля действительно очень красивая - об этом говорит даже то, что мы несколько раз видели, как местные ребята приезжают на фотосессии: свадьба, день рождения, еще какие-то праздники. Это было красиво и интересно.
Отличное расположение отеля: все рядом. До пляжа идти 5 минут. До всяческих кафе, ресторанчиков и магазинов - и того ближе. Особой необходимости, правда, в этом нет - в отеле прекрасный ресторан с большим выбором блюд, невысоким ценником и очень хорошими поварами, готовыми выполнить даже некоторые запросы с учетом личных пристрастий гостей!!!
Персонал: отличная команда!!! Веселые, приветливые, вежливые, приятные ребята. Любой вопрос решался за 5 минут. Рада еще одной возможности выразить им благодарность за все!
Номерной фонд: номера, оснащены всем необходимым даже для продолжительного отдыха. Тихо, спокойно - что еще нужно?

Het zwembad was laat open. Zelfs een verwarmd bad, fijn voor baby’s.

Good size rooms. Clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

nous étions la chambre au-dessus de la cuisine et il y avait quelques odeurs qui rentraient dans la chambre nous avons coupé la ventilation de la chambre pour ne plus avoir d'odeur

location was close to food spots and the beach
The bathroom was really dirty (water marks and spots all over the tiles, stinky drain), the beds had blood and yellow stains and when the staff changed them as we did not want to sleep in that, we saw the whole mattress underneath was black like mold. The next day there was suddenly bird poop next to the pillow on the bad ?! So an animal or bird must have been somewhere as we always kept the door shut.
The breakfast was pretty minimalist for the price- a bit of toast, jam, butter and fruits, not a great value for the price.
The laundry service also took a lot longer and the stuff came back half wet, which made all clothes smell stinky afterall.
In the end there was an incident as the staff forgot the payment, but took the whole fault to us and made pressure to pay on a private bank account instead of giving us time to handle it via booking customer service.
