Pleasant stay and close to the beach
Pros:

Its a decent place to stay for a night or two. Walking proximity from the Hiriketiya Beach. Good breakfast, decent room size. Good place for people who want to stay within the vicinity of the beach and lots of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

They could add basics like tissue boxes and bathroom slippers to make it better. Also, there's no lift in this property so be ready to climb the stairs after a beach day.

Cons:

Their view is blocked by on going construction. Anyone from the balcony above your room can look into your bathroom the bathroom balcony is positioned in such a way plus anyone involved in construction work can also peep into your bathroom while you take a shower. The manager of the property is the worst thing about this property. Mannerless, screams and laughs when you take your issue to him. They also give your a WhatsApp no. To reach the staff as there’s no telephone in room, when you do contact them on WhatsApp the number is always switched off so you basically can’t contact the staff and the manager tell you, you can just walk down the stairs to reach him with your issues so he can laugh at them first then scream at you for bringing up the issue. He also misused my card and is a fraudster.

Perfect spot to stay in Hiriketiya

Amazing location and great service. Breakfast was very nice and we loved the pool. The rooms were lovely and spotless.

Pros:

Great location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants and shopping. Our room was very spacious, clean and well air conditioned. Staff are so friendly and accommodating and even organised a tour for us in another town and transported us there and back. Would recommend this place to anyone coming to Hiriketiya.

Location and staff are the best thing about this property. Best the room was a disappointment.
Pros:

The property is very well located, the staff are amazing

Cons:

The room was a disappointment for me, I have specifically send a message to check my room before arriving for insects and cleanliness. However, 5 min after my check in, I entered the bathroom and found out that they have left the bathroom window open and there was a lezard there. So I had to call the staff to get rid of it.
Bed sheets are yellowish, bathroom had mold, lighting is poor… they really need to invest in upgrading the rooms.

Pros:

Heel fijn verblijf gehad! We hadden in eerste instantie 2 nachten geboekt maar uiteindelijk zijn we 4 nachten gebleven. Het personeel is heel erg aardig en behulpzaam, we kregen nieuwe handdoeken en lakens halverwege ons verblijf, het is netjes en schoon, de douche is erg heerlijk en ook het bed ligt erg lekker! Wij zagen in de ochtend zelfs 2x aapjes voorbij komen vanaf ons balkon

Cons:

Het zwembad was in de middag erg warm is i.p.v. verfrissend maar wellicht komt dat ook door de zon die erop staat?
Het ontbijt is erg lekker, maar mag het iets vollediger (fruit bij de pannekoeken, fruit platter iets uitgebreider) en jammer dat de heerlijke koffie die hier wordt geserveerd t.b.v. Lady Local niet inbegrepen is

Amazing hotel stay in Hiriketiya with really friendly staff!
Pros:

Amazing location in Hiriketiya as it’s really close to the beach. The staff were incredible and so friendly. The bedroom was also very comfortable and matched the description perfectly. We also loved the breakfast in the mornings which was made fresh to order. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Hiriketiya!

Buona sistemazione, nella zona vitale.
Pros:

Hotel nella media per le peculiarità del paese e specificatamente della località interessata. Posizione eccellente per vivere il mare. Molti locali nei dintorni.

Cons:

Qualche dettaglio va curato, alcune funzionalità hanno bisogno di upgrade (primi fra tutti gli infissi ed i letti, se sono tutti come il nostro ... poco comodo).

Nice & Cozy stay, Great location, Friendly Staff!
Pros:

Location is good, everything is at a walking distance. They served some really nice breakfast in their cafe. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Rooftop pool was beautiful!
