Our little Hiri stay
Pros:

Waves Hiri is in an ideal location right across the road from the beach and in theheart of the main village area. The room is very spacious and has a comfortable bed with a/c, roof fan and a fridge & the room balconies all overlook the beach, great place for a stay.

Cons:

If anything, maybe it might get a little noisy in peak season time being just near a few restaurants and bars, we stayed in mid-October and it was not too crowded and noisy.

Wonderful staff
Room always clean & tidy & spacious with ensuite bathroom

Great place but work in your service.
Pros:

Lovely place. Clean. Right on the beach.

Cons:

The staff were mostly young boys more interested in their phones than helping. They had a restaurant but never offered us menus. Not the friendly helpful service we have had everywhere else in Sri Lanka.

Perfect location!
Pros:

Fabulous place to stay. Location was exceptional - perfect place for our 2 night stay. Stayed on the top floor with an amazing balcony and the view of the beach was amazing. Close to everything. Would highly recommend :)

Cons:

Room is basic - Shower was a little weak but that is all.

Don’t be deluded by the view!

Fabulous view

Cons:

Described as a Deluxe Double, a prison cell has more furniture. A double bed, one small desk & a fridge. Nowhere to put cases other than on the floor, no clothes storage other than a rack. A single towel. A kettle but no coffee, tea, sugar. No tv. Very poor or non-existent WiFi & internet.

Pros:

Has the greatest location and sea view in Hiri. Very nice and helpful staff. Huge bed, Ac strong, hot water.

Cons:

Littlebit loud, in front there is bar with constant music, which is ok, just be prepared.
