Good location
Pros:

Great communication with hotel. Excellent large room for 3. All staff and family extremely pleasant and helpful. Our bags were carried up to 1st level as there is no lift. Good Sri Lankan and western breakfast. Shout out to Hasith who helped with breakfast and making up our room, and his always friendly smile.

Cons:

View from our room was not the best. The dining area and reception lobby could do with a refresh.

Pros:

Bell'hotel curato nei dettagli. Ampia stanza molto comoda. Buona pulizia. Colazione buona con dolce e salato servita al tavolo.

Cons:

Appena ci è stata aperta la stanza un grosso scarafaggio spiccava sulle lenzuola. Dopo un momento di "orrore" ci è stata cambiata subito la stanza. Può capitare dove c'è vegetazione. Magari un pó più di attenzione

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Super nettes Personal, vor allem Hasith hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert und bei allen Fragen unterstützt.
Unterlage ist in guter Lage zu sehr fairen Preisen verfügbar und sehr sauber. Würden immer wiederkommen.

The hotel is family-run, and you can really feel the personal touch and warmth throughout your stay. The family creates a very welcoming and homely atmosphere, and you immediately feel well taken care of. They genuinely care about their guests and are always happy to help with anything you might need.

Especially their son, Hasith, was always around and l attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed and was always happy to help with questions or recommendations. His kindness and hospitality really made our stay special.

Overall, we felt very welcomed and comfortable here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, personal, and authentic experience in Sri Lanka.

Our stay at J Leaf Hotel was exactly what we needed in every way! ❤️ The location is perfect right in town, close to shops, restaurants and everything you need for a nice walk around the area. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, modern and stylish, with a lot of character and attention to detail. Our room was very well maintained, comfortable, with great air-conditioning and a lovely atmosphere.

But what really made our stay special were the people. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming and always ready to help. A special thank you to Hasid, who was always there for us. As the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, he helped us with all our luggage, both when we arrived and again when we left, and made everything so much easier for us.

The breakfast was also wonderful fresh, delicious and a perfect way to start the day.

A very well cared-for hotel with a modern feel, an excellent location and, above all, amazing hospitality. We would definitely recommend J Leaf Hotel and would happily stay here again! ❤️
