Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the reception.

Before 7:00 AM, please leave the key in the room or in the key box next to the hotel’s entrance door.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM and can be booked the evening before if needed.

For lunch and dinner, our restaurant welcomes you from Tuesday to Sunday, from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM (10:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays).

The restaurant is closed on Mondays.

Good for a hub outside the city
Pros:

the room was standard and comfortable. it was a bit tough to find because you have to go around the side of the building, but it was fine. We didnt have to interact with anyone the entire time since it was self check-in/checkout.

Cons:

There was no free breakfast, and no coffee so not much to say there. the location is not very great for exploring but it is nice for jumping on the highway and there is a nice gas station up the road.

Pros:

My room at the back of the hotel was quiet, good shower, excellent breakfast, easy 15 minute walk to airport, or frequent buses to airport and Kirchberg. The hotel is about 100m from woods, which are good for walking or jogging.

Cons:

The main light switch was a bit eccentric (staff helped me work it out) but lighting itself was fine.

J’ai apprécié le personnel au top mais je ne reviendrai pas à cause des inconvénients de la chambre.
Pros:

J’ai aimé l’endroit et le cadre de l’établissement. J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel très sympathique et chaleureux.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas aimé le fait qu’il n’y ai pas de climatisation et seulement un ventilateur posé sur la table de nuit, qui soufflait de l’air chaud sur le visage, pas de poubelle dans la chambre ni de petit frigo. La cuvette des toilettes n’était pas correctement fixée et bougeait quand je m’asseyais dessus.

Misleidend en niet naar verwachting
Pros:

Locatie met de auto was prima, voldoende plek aan de weg. We hadden warm water

Cons:

Wij waren erg teleurgesteld over ons verblijf bij Casa Borghese. Op de foto’s ziet het hotel er veel mooier en moderner uit dan in werkelijkheid. De kamers ogen in het echt verouderd en komen absoluut niet overeen met de verwachtingen die de foto’s wekken.

Daarnaast waren de bedden ontzettend hard. Tot overmaat van ramp waren de lattenbodems gebroken, waardoor slapen erg oncomfortabel was.

Het raam in de kamer was kapot en kon niet goed dicht. Hierdoor hadden we veel last van geluid van buiten, wat een goede nachtrust onmogelijk maakte.

Ook is er geen airconditioning aanwezig, terwijl dat op warme dagen echt een gemis is. Er staat alleen een ventilator, die onvoldoende verkoeling biedt.

De badkamer vertoonde eveneens verschillende gebreken. De wc-bril was kapot en in de wasbak ontbrak de stop, waardoor kleine spullen gemakkelijk in de afvoer kunnen vallen.

Wat we ook erg opvallend vonden, is dat we de hele dag geen enkel personeelslid hebben gezien. Er was niemand aanwezig om vragen te stellen of problemen te melden, wat het gevoel gaf dat er weinig aandacht is voor de gasten.

Al met al voldeed dit verblijf absoluut niet aan onze verwachtingen. Door de misleidende foto’s, het gebrek aan comfort, de achterstallige staat van de kamer en de afwezigheid van personeel vinden wij de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding erg tegenvallen. Wij zouden Casa Borghese dan ook niet aanbevelen.
