I booked this property because it was advertised as a 4-star hotel on Booking.com. The reality was nowhere near 4 stars. In my opinion, it does not even meet the standard of a basic 1-star property.

The room was dirty from the moment I arrived. Dust had built up on furniture and surfaces, making it obvious that cleaning had not been carried out properly. The pillows had visible yellow stains, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel.

The kitchenette was in terrible condition. The hob was damaged and one of the cooker controls was missing, making it difficult and potentially unsafe to use. The cupboards were old, chipped and falling apart. The electrical cable was left exposed through the cabinet, which looked unprofessional and unsafe.

The bathroom was equally disappointing. The sink surround was cracked, stained and poorly sealed. The shower area looked old, worn and poorly maintained.

The entrance door was damaged and the lock and handle were in poor condition. This did not give any confidence in the security of the room.

The frying pan provided was heavily scratched and should have been replaced long ago. Basic kitchen equipment was worn out and unhygienic.

The walls and ceilings had visible cracks, the furniture was badly worn, and the entire room felt neglected. It looked nothing like the standard expected from a 4-star hotel.

The photos on the listing do not reflect the current condition of the property. I would strongly advise future guests to read recent reviews carefully before booking.

I would not stay here again, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone looking for clean, safe and comfortable accommodation.
